Location is excellent, very lively place with great places to eat, party, hang out. Easy access to 7th avenue and 13th avenue, close to Transmilenio as well (15min walk) There wasnt any fridge in the room, the reception mentioned they were painting them or something. I wish they could have used a spare

The hotel was clean and modern, WiFi was fast, shower had good hot water and pressure Got a room near the street and it was incredibly noisy 24/7, I simply could not sleep at all. I requested a different room but was refused. This made my stay very uncomfortable. In addition the front desk chose USD for payment without informing me with a 7% DCC commission despite specifically telling them to let me choose COP then pretended not to understand.

Modern rooms, very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the hotel qas in a great location. The room was a tad too small and could use either a fan or heater for hot and cold days respectively

The windows do not close properly, and there is no real ventilation system in the room. There was mold all around the windows. Not great for people with allergies

It’s 24/7 reception and well located in Chapinero. The staff is very friendly. I got a much smaller room than what I paid for. In the backyard people were having a party until 7.00am it was extremely loud and I could not sleep at all.
