The shower is very small for a 6'2" person. Acoustics from other rooms are not grade. The room didn't have black out curtains.

Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars except when reserving I specifically asked not to be placed in the room next to reception, based on reviews, and they confirmed this. The first night of five they put me in that room. This room is next to a restaurant with only a glass partition. The restaurant was loud and busy until 11pm and the reception was busy early in the morning. They eventually moved me on my second day but this was a bit of a dilemma.

The location Old towels and shower didn’t have soap dispenser inside.

The Staff is wonderful.

Peaceful location, free breakfast, great shower. A couple lovely workers. Right by the Sunday market in Usaquen. Loved the chimenella heater :) Noisy room (probably because it was by office and kitchen), no washcloth, thin towels. Did not realize how far away it was from downtown due to traffic (that’s on me though :)

The location, the beauty of the house, the comfort of the bed, the fireplace, and the shower -- the hot water and the water pressure were excellent!

The location is perfect, anything you may need is available. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel and will stay there in my next visit to Bogotá. N/A

Wi-fi really unstable . I had to send some emails and it was not an easy task, it was driving me nuts.

Nice location, safe First room had no external windows-next room had a nice view and was lovely. Book a room with a window!

Great service, short stay but will definitely come back.

Some of the rooms feel very cold. The heaters don't work all the time.

Staff is friendly and the accomodation is very clean. Location is good if you need to be in that part of the city as I needed to. Extremely basic hotel, in my particular case I would stay more than 2 nights. My room didn't have any window. Breakfast is very average or even a little bit below average.

Location is great, staff are very kind and attentive. Bathroom amenities need upgrades. Soap dispenser was broken and leaked soap continuously.

Hotel is excellently located in the pedestrian area of Usaquen with many restaurants, bars and cafes immediately to hand My comments refer to the Triple room (room 104). The room has very little natural light (coming only from glass panels in the door). The breakfast patio is directly in front of the door so there is a lot of noise at breakfast time. We were provided with just two bath towels and very limited bathroom toiletries.
