Absolutely nothing pleased me about this "boutique" hotel. The name is a joke. Lame decorations in a hallway do not make this a boutique hotel. it's a dive. The bed was horrible. The pillow and the mattress were covered in thick plastic. And the sheets were thin. It was creepy. I planned to stay five nights, but changed hotels after the first night. Management was not cooperative. I paid for three of the five nights and received a cash refund for two nights from management. I accepted this because I simply wanted to be away from this creepy hotel. The lighting in the room was horrible. It was cold and there is no heating in the room. It felt like I was staying in the Hotel California.

There are 2 staff ladies. One is very nice and helpful, the other can be a little kinder.

Great location, close to supermarkets and restaurants. My room was spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were kind and helpful, and the management was very understanding. The shower was the main drawback — quite uncomfortable, especially for anyone taller than 170 cm, as the ceiling was very low. In addition, the water was only lukewarm, even with the electric heater.

It's a really affordable place in an amazing location that felt safe and provided the bare necessities of shelter in a private room. The room was cold with no option to adjust (normal in bogota), but there was also no hot water. There is no sound proofing whatsoever - I could hear the neighbor coughing, the bell ringing, and everything happening on the street.

Amazing room with personality and quirky decor.
-
Location No hot (only very cold) water in bathroom sink, no conditioner & body soap in shower, inadequate hand soap in bathroom, non-functioning safe in the room.
-
the location was somewhat noisy but what can you expect from the Capital.

I loved the location and the staff were very helpful and super nice. Some of the rooms could use updating.

The hotel is old and ugly, room was too cold with no heating whatsoever. There's simply nothing gay at this place, just the desire to catch the pink money.

Location is good. One hard working staff. Promoted as a gay hotel. It isn’t. They decor is. It’s a little rundown. Little attempt for English at reception. You have to buzz to get in or out which must be a safety hazard. One night reception was asleep so it took a guest to wake her from inside so we could be let in. Simple things amiss. No glasses in the rooms for water. Internet was haphazard.

The property was small and quiet which is something I like. And I also felt very safe on the property! The two women working there while I stayed on the location were so nice and so patient with my spanish. It was really nice to be able to practice having conversations only in spanish with them. Next time I come to Bogotá, I will definitely stay here!

Hotel providing basic accommodation at good prices! Friendly & accommodating staff. Nothing not to like. Meets expectations. You get what you pay. This is a basic hotel.
