The breakfast

Good location for our needs. Modern facilities. Very nice breakfast with attentive culinary staff. Rooms were clean and in good shape. Front desk staff were very responsive with a special note for Sebastian’s efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Street noise was a bit much even on 6th floor as the hotel is located next to a main road. Bathroom design does not offer enough privacy for our preferences.

Located in Chapinero, the hotel is located in a safe area. During the day, the room temperature can be quite high and it‘s warm. No AC in the suite room.

The room was clean and modern. The location is great for walking around at night and accessing different areas of the city. It was nice to have breakfast available. They only provide two capsules of coffee, no matter the length of your stay. They then charge you more than $1 per additional capsule. It would be better to increase the price of the room by $2 rather than make guests feel badly for asking about the coffee capsules and having to pay extra. They discourage cleaning of the room, in the name of the environment, but at the expense of comfort. I stay in hotels - rather than AirBnB - to have trash emptied daily, towels refreshed, toiletries refreshed, etc. While the price was good, it was uncomfortable to have to ask for basic hotel services, including toiletries when the room had been cleaned. I had to ask if lotion was also an extra charge and then wait for it to be fetched.

Staff let me using a shower room at the gym to refresh myself after my long flight arriving Bogota early in the morning before check in time.

Location was safe. Decent room size. Very bad breakfast. The room did not have the own ac controller and we felt cold in the room.
