I really liked the comfortable bed and the spacious room. The staff was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. The cleanliness was also a highlight, and I appreciated that they changed the towels regularly. The central location in Chapinero was fantastic, with plenty of shops, bars, and other amenities nearby. The breakfast was quite disappointing, offering very limited options. The electric shower didn't provide sufficient hot water, and it was a bit tricky to find the right temperature. The curtains in the room didn't effectively block out the daylight, making it difficult to sleep in the mornings. Moreover, the wifi internet was not always reliable, which was a bit inconvenient during my stay.

room and bathroom are spacious, bed was comfy with enough layers to keep you warm at night, staff is really friendly and helpful, breakfast at their cafe next door, where you have several options to choose from, good location bed seemed very old, like the base was about to collapse at some points (but still comfy), hot water in the shower, but only with low water pressure, wifi not always very steady

This hotel is super clean. And I mean it fully. No bugs or cockroaches. Just a level of clean that can make a cleanliness snob, like me, dance.

Cheaper hotel in a good area of the city, the room us surprisingly large and chique given the price too. Don't expect hot water in the shower

The staff was very kind and helpful, although they don't speak any English. The location has access to supermarkets and restaurants. The room was quite large, clean and the bed was comfortable. I booked a double room, they charge extra for visitors. I don't appreciate this. The price can be a bit lower since the neighborhood is not the cutest and safest. They give vouchers for breakfast, which is very cheap. It can include a juice also.
