The room was comfortable Some noise early in the morning

the place is so pretty, the breakfast so good, staff so nice

The shower was broken and the water was not warm, and this was pretty annoying. Also I did not like the fact that the walls are thin, which means hearing all the noise from other rooms.

The location was convenient Many things: 1. When I booked it, it says pay at the property but since the first they I made my reservation they were sending me messages to pay upfront. On the day of my reservation they text me again to confirm the reservation and I confirmed the reservation and let them know that I was arriving at 8:30pm. Upon arrival they no longer had my room available. The only option given was to pay more for a different room. 2. I was 10 min past the check out time and they also charged me extra money because of that. 3. The shower was not clean

Blanquests were dirty. Hot water doesn´t work well in the shower. Too much noisy around the room. Some of the staff member were pushing to doing the payment despite I was very bussy working in a taxi and sais the room was not available (but was not true)

The Location There was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Location We had a really bad situation. They said there will be a parking space but when we arrived, there was no availability space so they told us to park in front of the building and re-confirmed it was safe to park there. Our car was taken by the police and after 4 days we were able to get it back with a fine including the truck and days of parking for COP ~2 million

Aside from water outage on my first night. This is normal in Bogotá. Not a big deal Location is fantastic

The staff basically held me hostage! They kept inventing new charges that weren't listed anywhere and charging me without authorization! When I questioned them about this, the lady stood in front of the door and locked it and said I couldn't leave until she charged my card for extra fake charges even though I had already paid for everything! The people at the hotel - all of them - were super friendly. Super helpful. Responsive with requests. Helpful in all respects. Overall room was comfortable. Very comfortable pillows, good seating area to work, reasonable wifi. The walls of the room are thin. I could hear the TV of others on several occassions. And their TV was not at a loud level. It was at a reasonable level. The rooms in some parts felt unfinished. One room was missing a shower head, it felt the painting in the room was not finished, there were electrical outlets that were missing or not connected. I asked to move to another room which was just fine (had all the things that were off in the other room).

The location and house where the hotel is was beautiful There were spots of moisture on one wall. TV did not work.
