The location is OK. Staff is very friendly. Rooms: Very small. Lobby: expected something better. Very old building, not value for money. Wouldnt stay here again as can get much better hotel in same area at same or better prc. I chose this hotel bcos said "FOUR POINTS SHERATON" and expected a Sheraton (Obviously) ,but it didnt meet the expectations. Breakfast: The pancakes were Ice-cold, asked the attendant if can get fresh hot pancakes. She suggested I put them in the toaster and heat them! ?

The staff cannot be better, helping you in all possible needs. The air conditioning is locked to 17 degrees Celsius, Bogotá's temperatura is nice, but in certain moments you need it lower.

The room was not ready at check in time of 3 pm. They had to change us to a similar room but with a different view. The restaurant was understaffed. Some times we had to stand up from our table to find a waiter.

we stayed here for my birthday and we had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Also, the location is perfect! close proximity to everything. Breakfast was well balanced and sufficient. Laundry fees were a bit overpriced. Also, the air conditioner was set on one temperature throughout our stay and at times the room became hot. Despite us calling in a technician, this problem was not resolved.
