The staff was amazing. The food in the bar was great, drinks as well. The front desk, door man and people in the bar were polite , kind and professional.

The breakfast needs to change menú Daily, it was the same breakfsst every day

Location is good. .The entire bathroom flooded entirely while I was about to shower. At 3am before heading out to the airport. Non of it I would have expected a refund for all the flooding

The location is good, you can find stores and restaurantes close to the hotel. The breakfast offer is very limited. It’d be good to have more options to choose. The price was enough high to have at least a buffet breakfast. I can’t eat gluten and the only offer was waffles or bread. I should say that the personnel did their best to give subtitutes and I was able to eat, but it should be revised.

The room had no spotlights, only two lamps on the bedside table so we were a little dark

Location is great, room spacious, quiet zone. For a Suite concept is non acceptable to not have a coffee maker and offer coffee/tea service in room. Breakfast food is poor, would be better to charge a minimum extra rate for it and offer better options, butter and some products do not look fresh. When you name your product as Suites there are more expectations attached to it than just the room area itself. My expectations with breakfast was not the best, reason why I decided to go for lunch and dinner somewhere else. Staff behavior and conduct, not my intention to sound discriminatory but as client sit in the restaurant and see the cleaning lady talking to another employee as they were in the back of the house, or in their homes living room area, not even say good morning when entering is an experience and small details far from a Suite experience At check in I was not informed about how to connect to internet, essential part of check-in. When in the room and tried to call down the reception not information on the phone what to dial, tried all numbers without success, I had to walk all the way down to ask how to, the senior gentleman even though was kind, was a bit defensive than a listener, made me feel I was wrong and I should have looked next to the phone there was a self explanatory card how to dial…hmm ok, I was blind. To my surprise when up in my room, not card anywhere, this can be a safety serious issue in your property trying to contact someone for emergency and no clarity on this. At the end I decided to look over old contacts and found a previous driver who offered me services while I stayed at Casa Dann just around the corner. I think you have a privilege location please take this as constructive for your own and on going process improvement. Thanks
