Confortable room, nice staff and breakfast No complimentary water? That’s awful. But the worst part is, since I did the booking on the Booking app several phone numbers tried to reach to me through WhatsApp and mail asking me to click a link to “confirm” my booking, even when in the Booking app the stay appeared as Confirmed! These people had my full name, phone number, stay dates, e-mail. Some of the numbers were from countries different to Colombia, I’ve never ever had a this situation before with Booking in any other hotel.

The location. The breakfast setup was nice. The towels were very old. It looks like they had years being used. Like a something to clean the floor. I did not like the fact that with two people we only had one access card. I had two reservations , the one with 3 people also had 1 access card. The towels were not changed and we were there for 3 nights.

The staff was really friendly. The room was exactly what you would expect, but I have to highlight how quiet it was. You could not hear anything from the traffic outside despite being on a major road. Only sound you could hear was the AC. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We had the chance to try different typical Colombian stuff. The AC could be less loud.

Great location in the financial district in Chapinero. Clean facilities. Hotel charges 50% of stay for early check-in. Wifi doesn’t work! It is colocated with the Oxo hotel; the Holiday Inn is run by the Oxo hotel. Staff is cold and impersonal. No bellhops for luggage. Layout is tunnel-like after going up a few steps; if it rains, you will get wet!

Great value for the service received, breakfast was amazing and the property was really clean, the location super accessible, the staff treated us really good, me and my family had an amazing time. Everything was good!

Communication between staff terrible , no WiFi during my stayed and find myself going to cofre shops to be able to work

The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We had an energy outage, it was inconvenient as it was at night so we had to go up the stairs. One member of the staff was behind us with a lantern all the time.
