Nice place to stay, Good breakfast, have several option to choose. Good value for price.

Location, Clean, Good service and front desk attendance. Lack of electric outlets for laptop, lack of A/C and lack of rack or place to put suitcases.
-
They had no window it felt like we were suffocating in there as Bogota is already high altitude and not having air circulation it was not good
-
It was nice and quiet.

We spent some hours without electricity

Everything was perfect. At night, when walking towards the room, the hall was dark, and the step down before the room made me almost fall. Installing movement sensors could correct that issue.

Wonderful breakfast options. Staff was very friendly. Electronic keys. Every day housekeeping. Luggage holding. Option for early check in (at an additional price)

We liked everything. The property is wonderful, you can fell peace. The staff is GREAT, cordially, nice and so helpful. Nothing…

I liked the security of the entrance to the property. I also liked the breakfast, it wasn’t much, but it was enough. The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though the room was facing the street, the noise wasn’t bad. Zenaida was very friendly. They keep the property very nice and clean. I didn’t like the stairs to access the second floor. Stairs didn’t have hand rails which difficult to go up or down especially carrying luggage. I requested a downstairs room, but they told me; the downstairs rooms were only for families or guests that were more people. The bathroom was a little tied as well as the entrance to the shower. They had paper towels to dry your hands after washing your hands or face. No shampoo nor body wash in the shower either.

The staff were very nice, including Hanna & Andres. The facilities are modern & well maintained. The mattress in my room was too hard.

As in my previous review, the staff were very nice, the area is nice, the hotel is clean. I even got a room away from the street, so the night was quiet. There was a water leak from the bathroom into the room itself and after I had alerted the receptionist, she contacted the boss only to be told that they were already aware of it. They merely gave me a towel to stuff it over the leak. I don't think guests should be put up in rooms with leaky bathrooms to begin with until they are repaired.

Location is very good, only the nights can be noisy if your window looks on the street. Room was clean, hot water reliable, wi-fi stable and staff very nice and helpful so even the language barrier (as hardly anyone speaks English) wasn't really a problem. Two things stand out. For what passes for a three-star hotel, breakfast was way too meagre. And the light in the room... I know the book readers may well be a dying breed, but for those of us still left, the light was shamefully weak. And even if you don't read books before sleeping, you still need to move around the room. How much more expensive would it be for the hotel management if the light in the room was, say, as bright as in the bathroom?

Everything great, just the noise at night because the location. I had a different price to pay when arrived to the place. They said Colombians have to pay extra taxes, even when have the double nationality, I had to pay around $35 more than the price I got when selected the place.

Staff was very kind, attentive and willing to help. For breakfast you could select menu from five options, rich in variety and sufficient in amount. Room was spacious, quiet, bed was very comfy. Always running water in the bathroom. Common areas with a small patio/jardin, very cozy and calming.
