I loved my room and it was the second time booking the same room. I also loved the lady who checked me in, she was helpful in every sense of the word.

Best staff, even though I had struggles with Spanish, she tried to understand and help me. The shower took a while to heat up.

I didn't like the fact that you could hear everything and the staff is really loud in the morning

It was clean, nice location. One of the receptionists was not nice at all. The room was super small, TV has old and small. There was a bunch of eco, so pretty noisy in general. I only got one towel and a bar of soap.

Clean. Wi-fi was working all right. Employees (receptionists/=housekeepers) do not speak English but has smile on the face and try to help you No hot water. Room very small. Room Just next to reception with Wall thin as paper and window in that wall xD so it is noisy, you can hear everyone going in or out or needing anything from the reception.

The location was the best. I arrived early and they didn't let me in even at the reception despite the rain. staff did not know how to use a dataphone. there was a water leak in the bathroom. uncomfortable bed.

Location The shower was dirty with hair from previous guests. I have to pay with cash since they don't have resources for credit card charge, even though on the booking page says so. The room I have selected was changed to another one without window or ventilation. Doesn't worth the price, hostels give better service for a cheaper price.

The staff are very helpful and kind. Park way neighborhood is within walking distance, then you’ll be able to find good restaurants and nice places to have drinks. The rooms have very thin walls, so everyone can listen to you and viceversa. The bathroom door was broken, and the space that is provided as “closet” is too small. There is a very small TV with no cable access, so there are only like 4 channels available.
