th staff was so kind there, also the hotel is located a such a very central aerea easy to go everywhere by walaking The room was dark,, very narrow and when we get there the room was not even ready for us at 8pm, then a nice girl from the staff looked for another room instead, if the price were less I could stand this kind of issues, but not for that much

Nothing! Room wasn't clean, there was NO WATER! The administration didn't supply the need of water (It was our responsability to obtain water), the attention to the customer was really off, it has been the worst place I have stayed.
