Great neighborhood. Wonderful staff. Large living area- good value. The building got a little noisy around 7am, so it's best for early risers.

Bed was uncomfortable. The mattress in the main bedroom is worn-out and needs to be replaced. Sofas in the living are worn out as well and needs to be replaced. Door trim is coming off the wall. The apartment is nice and big but is needing tender loving care (TLC) to maintain it.

Location was great. Quiet and plenty of restaurants around it We were moved because the bathroom shower door did not have the proper door seals and water was all over the floor. The new room was nice but the tv control did not work properly. The only way to turn the tv on and off as well as the volume was manually at the side of the tv

everything about this hotel was great. the staff, the room, comfy bed, great fancy location. plenty of places to eat within walking distance. i really cannot complain about anything. i was very satisfied staying at this hotel.

The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were very nice, and quite spacious. The window and views of the city were great. It was walking distance to many places we went to. It was quite clean, they provided decent amenities that were a little bit better than basic. The receptionists at different times were always friendly. The kitchen staff also tried to make us feel welcome. The location is great and I felt safe and very comfortable walking around the area, with my friend. We were both female travelers and felt comfortable there. They have a great laundry service available as well. We changed rooms the 2nd time around, and didn't have the same sized beds, however the extra bed was still comfortable. At one point there was a leak outside the building that kept us awake, but this is something that cannot be fixed as it was outside the room and building. The breakfast could have been better with more choices for celiacs, but the eggs, arepas, and fruits were fine.

The staff were excellent and did their best to explain things to me, despite my basic Spanish. They were kind, patient and professional and I am very grateful to them for their help. I dealt with three different staff members and they were all outstanding. I would recommend this property for the quality of its staff and I hope they have an employer who appreciates their value. It was very clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was great. The shower was warm. The lock on the patio door to my balcony (low floor) didn’t lock properly. There is no 24 hour security. The safe in my room didn’t work. I had to listen to a couple from The Netherlands screaming in Dutch and fighting savagely for hours through the night and there was no front desk or concierge to call. I didn’t call the police because they sounded equally likely to kill each other.

We loved our 2 nights stay on the top floor it's a fabulous room super cute, cozy, comfy and the bathroom was huge with a rain shower just fab. Warm modern design throughout. Excellent breakfast! Staff were very nice and accommodating. Thank you for a beautiful stay!! Def. recommend and would return!! Nothing

Location is great, lots of business and restaurants within walking distance, the room very confortable and clean. Morning staff very attentive and friendly. Very, very uncomfortable to use bathroom and shower due to a clear/frost stripe design of the window, neighbors could see you while taking a shower or using the toilet. Guy that worked night shift not too friendly. Very low quality hair dryer, takes a lot of time to blow dry your hair, also no iron in the room.

Nice, safe neighborhood. Lovely apartment with a balcony. Includes freshly breakfast. Some things needed a bit of maintenance like the fireplace (not working) and sticking sliding doors to the balcony

The location Well, I booked a junior suite with a queen bed months ahead of my trip. After traveling for hours, I arrive and I’m given a small dusty room with a full bed with dirty, stained and yellow pillows.

Staff friendliness, safe and secure neighborhood, many many nearby restaurants, clean and spacious rooms. Nothing against the property but it is rather far from the central Bogota and majority of the attractions. About 40 mins ride away.

Great place. Great security. Very accommodating. I help Military Veterans get benefits from the government. @WillHelpsVets. So the great internet here was a huge plus. Cause I work everywhere I am! Fireplace doesn't work. No heat in room. However they gave me a space heater! Very nice.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was incredible for the price. The neighborhood was probably the best feature. Near a park, bars, restaurants, hip section of the city. Nothing and I'm not just saying that. It's true.

The room was spacious, gorgeous and equipped with all you need. The area is full of nice restaurants and similar There was no heating system and the temperature in the room got to 18.5°C during the night
