Clean, good bed Super noisy (outside, refrigerator, other rooms doors), very bad breakfast (the food was not tasty, the sausage smelled spoiled, need to ask for the coffee, and the pots were empty, cold sauna.

Location, Customer Service, My room, The food in the restaurant especially the breakfast Definitely a 10 out of 10. Nothing, everything was great!

Room Did not have A/C, i know that Bogota has a chill weather, but some parts of the day the room can be too warm.

First, no A/C in the room, so you have to open a windows to get fresh air in the room but that also allows that noise contamination from the street get into the room making difficult to sleep late at night. Second, very rude staff at the check out almost shouting on me. Definitely not coming back and not recommended.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast served was pleasantly good. The staff is amazing, including Diego, who assisted us throughout our stay.

Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast. We had a great suite for our family of five, very spacious The kitchen did not have a lot of plates, cups, utensils etc, nor kitchen towel, cleaning supplies. But fine for a one night stay.

The location, the room was very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is very good.

The building is nice. The rooms are big and spacious. The bathroom is big as well. The restaurant option they offered is great.

Well located, in a very safe area. Every thing was clean and well kept. Good breakfast and the staff were great! Great price value. The beds were our main concern. The mattress were extremely hard. Also just as a tip, if you are looking to walk at night, you might want to consider staying closer to Zona T. This area is more residential/business so it’s alot more quiet and less crowded at night. However, we walked to zona T and la rosal during the day since most of the restaurants and parks are in that area, just 10-15 mins walk, and then would take an uber back at night.

Location was excellent, breakfast WHIwas outstanding, and the staff were very accommodating. The rooftop bar had a good view, drinks were very good. The hotel also provided robes and slippers, a must after a walk through the city.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The breakfast is fresh and satisfying, and the food overall is very good. Having a quality restaurant right inside the hotel is a huge plus—it makes dining convenient and enjoyable without having to leave the property. The only downside was the traffic in front of the hotel, but to be fair, traffic is a common issue throughout Bogotá.
