It has a great location. Very safe location The walls are thin, you can listen everything from the hallway. The faucet was loose.

The air-conditioning was not working and I requested 3 times for them to fix it, on the last day at 10pm the solution was to move me to another room, way to little way way way too late

The bed is comfortable. Ac did not work and the staff did not care to fix the problem. First time in all of my visits to Bogota that I couldn't sleep well because of how hot the room was. Also, the hot water in the shower didn't work well. Unacceptable for a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Only thing I can think is I would have likes the AC in the room to be colder.

Well placed, walking distance from Parque 93, A few good eating places around the block. Comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Lobby and mezzanine completely renovated. I' 've stayed here several times when it was a Radisson hotel, and it was always a great experience. It's the first time I've returned after the pandemic, and I feel disappointed. The room was for two, but there was only one courtesy water, one courtesy piece of cake, and so on Luckily, there were two bath towels, but they were on a shelf INSIDE the shower stall, so they got splashed. The toiled made strange, random noises at night. Not really the hotel's fault, but you could hear doors slamming shut at all times. The shower stall lacks a place to put your soap bar. In the Radisson days, the rooms used to have a Nespresso-type coffee machine with a few courtesy capsules... alas, no more. We only stayed for one night, and the NH WTC was my first choice, but for our next time in Bogota, we'll consider other options. Too bad.

Well located, close to business area Nothing. There were repairs during the weekend, but did not impact guest’s comfort

Location was perfect and in general was good I didn’t like the bathroom shower specifically because had not hose for a proper shower
