El staff super amable, nos dieron multiples recomendaciones, el hotel y el cuarto son muy bonito y comodos. El desayuno es muy bueno y esta a tres cuadras de la zona rosa. Regresaria a este hotel sin duda. No le veo ningun punto en contra

Wonderful hotel and the management is exceptional. Diana ay the front desk was so helpful and a great asset to the hotel. The room was so comfortable and the sheets and bed are wonderful. Nice bathroom. You can’t beat the location in El Retiro and there’s so much to see; great shopping and restaurants just next-door. There’s a lot of fresh fruit at breakfast.

The staff of this hotel are absolutely wonderful. Diana at the front desk is a great asset to the hotel and was so helpful with any questions. They have a decent breakfast. The rooms don’t have air conditioning, but it wasn’t a problem for me as the window was large and opens to ventilate. I don’t know what it would be like during hot weather. The room was exceptionally clean and a very nice bathroom. The minibar is stocked with items for sale, but there’s room to put a couple extra things inside. Overall, a very good value and a fantastic safe location with lots of nice restaurants and stores nearby and a park in front.
