Avani Royal Zona T Bogotá Hotel

The location is the best advantage of this property! It is in the middle of shopping paradise in Bogota. Walking distance to mall & shops. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull! The rooms were outdated. Beds were very small. Bathroom was very small. There were construction works being done in or next to the building so the whole day drilling and noise. And this was not informed during booking. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people in the next room sneeze.

Really good location! Close to stores, malls, restaurants casinos bars …even thought is right next to Andres our room was super silent. Great black out I can’t think of anything negative about this place

One of the best breakfast buffets you’ll see that’s for sure. For being located in zone T near all the action it’s very quiet in the room if they have double windows, which I think helps immensely. The air conditioner doesn’t really cool. The room best bet is to leave your windows open for the evening if you go out to dinner or something like that and let the room cool down, but you’ll have to close them because of the noise once you return. it’s a minor discomfort only occasionally during the night was it overly warm. And as they know, I don’t like being charged for what should be courtesy coffee in the lobby.

Location fantastic in the heart of Zona T. Polite friendly staff. The cleaners are amazing, we often slept in and didn't leave the room til early afternoon. The cleaners never missed a beat, room always clean on time for when we got back. The wifi was not very good for what I'm used to in Colombia. I depend on good internet because I conduct business while on the move. The approx 20 Mbps speed was functional, but not very good in 2026. A couple of tasks I wanted to do were not able to complete. Even smaller businesses have speeds in the 100s here in Colombia

Charming small hotel with nice lobby and pretty dining room. Great location if you like to be in the middle of night life and commerces. Staff went above and beyond…. So nice to stay in a real hotel instead of an Airbnb .. The jr suite was nice but could use more lights.

The property is GORGEOUS and located in the heart of La zona T with absolutely everything around. The staff is amazing and the breakfast one of the best I’ve tried in Bogota. Nothing bad to say

The location is perfect. We booked here with my wife and our 3-year-old son. We only managed to stay one single night. On that first night we discovered bed bugs in the room. We immediately told the front desk. The staff told us “that’s not possible here,” refused to check the room, and showed zero interest in helping us — even with a small child in the room. We decided right then to leave immediately and not risk another night. At checkout they charged us the full three nights we had originally booked, with no flexibility or partial refund whatsoever. While we were dealing with this, I spoke with another guest who had also found bed bugs in their room — so this is clearly not an isolated case. We ended up stressed, bitten, and out of pocket for nights we never used, then had to worry the rest of our family trip about bringing the bugs home with us. Strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with young children. There are plenty of better, cleaner, and more honest options in Bogota.
