Nice hotel, the only downside was our room did not come with Air Conditional so apparently the windows needed to be opened for cool air. Opened window = noise/tiny insects. It wasn't bad but also if you're a light sleeper consider these. As mentioned, the room we got didn't have AC, perhaps a fault of ours. Other than that the hotel was okay. We were there for just the night

Front desk was really helpful. Our room was a nice size & the bed was comfortable. The 'welcome voucher' for a round of drinks was a nice touch too. The hotel is in an excellent location! We did not opt for the breakfast so cannot speak to that. It would have been nice to have filtered water easily available for guests - we stayed at a number of other places that offer this which we really appreciated & is better for the environment. The hotel did provide us with two small water bottles, but then we had to purchase any additional water from the minibar. We were double-charged for the one water we did purchase which we didn't realize since the charge occurred after we checked out. It was only the equivalent of $2.50 USD so not a big deal, but still a little annoying.

Location is good. The breakfast (once some minor issues were sorted out) was good, with a variety of food and fruits. Staff at breakfast were friendly and willing to go out of the way to help. Some appliances for serving breakfasts do not work well, e.g. the waffle maker takes a very long time to make (15'), the toaster could hardly toast bread or heat up croissants, as the temperature was very low and could not be changed. This made it impossible to have things sufficiently hot. Frustrating! This issue must be dealt with by the hotel management.
