Embassy Suites by Hilton Bogota - Rosales

The hotel is in the perfect locality possible. The entire staff was very kind and Helpful throughout my trip. The small conversations during the breakfast buffet makes staying here worth it. I had rented a car, No issues with parking, Many things to explore in walking distance. I felt completely safe even late at night walking around the hotel and the markets . The rooms are large, The staff is very attentive and helpful.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was good in Rosales. The room was comfortable and the small bathroom worked well in terms of hot water, etc. Happy hour in the evening was very thoughtful and gave us the chance to meet a few people. The property is now managed by Hilton but is in need of an upgrade. Fittings and facilities look a bit dated.

Everything Nothing

I used to like this place. Now I absolutely hate it with passion and the ignorant staff to. Every time I come to bogota colombia I stay at this hotel. I no longer will be staying here ever again. This hotel rented out basically every room to kids with there negligence parent(s). They stay up late running around making noise. They wake up at like 530 6am making alot of disruptive noise. This is 100% unacceptable. Then I maje a complaint yesterday and ask for early checkout and to get a refund and they were very rude and ignorant to me telling me I cant checkout early and receive a refund. I now got booking.com involved in this matter to get a refund. Then to top it off I bought a bed bug tester for beds, bc I've been very itchy since my arrival here at this hotel. Yes. It Tested positive for bed bugs. This is disgusting. I'd most definitely think twice about staying in this hotel unless you want bed bugs and want to feel itchy and being bed bugs home to your house after staying here and to have the hotel staff disrespect there customers when a major issue like this arises.

Very good service. Excellent breakfast and nice evening reception.

Breakfast was decent. The rooms were dated and looked dirty . The shower was a joke . Getting tv to work was an exercise in futility . Towels smelt bad and there was an odor to them.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I had informed them about my dietary needs in advance, and they offered plenty of options to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. The hotel is well located in a quiet area, making it easy to get around Bogotá while still enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

Superb

Very nice service. Good amenities. The only detail is that AC doesnt work properly, even set at 18 degrees, the room was very hot.
