Horrible the ac did not work and when I went to tell the front desk people they took a whole day to send someone to “fix” it and all they did was that they gave us a little fan The lack of urgency when guest are in need for devices that were already paid for

Staff and cost is 10/10. Money worth the price. Location is 10/10. If you stay on Thursday-Saturday there will be outside noise because of the clubs, restaurants and people in the park.

The staff was friendly. It’s a really bad hotel. It is advertised at Booking.com as a 5 Star hotei but this is far from reality. Facilities are very poor, the hotel is very noisy, with people willing to access from outside. During breakfast a person broke the glass in the breakfast terrace and accessed the place, and he apparently died in the hotel. Terrible experience which I will not repeat.

The staff were super nice and helpful, always doing their best to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is very well located, especially if you're looking to enjoy the nightlife — it's close to bars, restaurants, and just in front of a park. Also, only a short walk to shopping areas. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so there was no restaurant, and breakfast was served in a meeting room, which wasn’t ideal. That said, the renovation plans look promising, and it should be even nicer once completed. If your room faces the park, be aware that it can get very noisy at night — music and street noise from the nearby bars and nightclubs can go on until 3 a.m. Earplugs are recommended if you're a light sleeper.
