The service is incredible. Breakfast is really good with lots of options. Bartender prepared a decent drink. Curbside transport service is convenient, reliable, safe, and reasonable.The staff is well spoken, knowledgeable and friendly.. I can't find a reason to shop around on my next visit to Bogota.

Loved this hotel. Great facilities. It was perfect for working a few days from there, by myself, virtually and in-person meetings. They have a comfortable lounge at the top floor with outside and inside seating, as well as a great bar and even a small Juan Valdez coffee shop. The room is very spacious, bed is super comfy. We also tried the lunch in the restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised. Good food, reasonsable prices. Overall, great stay, already looking forward to our next visit.

Immaculate property!

It was clean and beutiful in a very nice location. The staff was wonderfull. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It was great, there is nothing not to like.

The property looked quite different in person compared to the photos online. The entrance and lobby area were nice and made a good first impression, but the rest of the property did not fully match the expectations set by the online images. When we arrived, we were hungry and decided to eat at the Mediterranean restaurant in the lobby. Unfortunately, some of the servers were not very friendly and did not provide attentive service. When we went to our room, we immediately noticed a strong musty smell in the hallway. The hallway walls were also in poor condition and appeared to be falling apart in some areas. Inside the room, the bathroom vent was covered in dust, the soap holder was rusty, and the bathroom ceiling had numerous stains. There was also noticeable dust on the bedroom ceiling. Overall, the room felt outdated and poorly maintained. In addition, the air conditioning was not cooling properly, which made our stay less comfortable. Based on the condition of the room and common areas, I was very disappointed with the overall experience.

The staff at the front desk, very nice and helpful. The lady at the bar, supperb service. Probably the best that attended mi during my stay. Roof top real nice. Breakfast to poor, not much variety. Fruit bar good but fruit was simple, not really good. Should have more people serving during breakfast, to long a wait for coffee. had to stand up to get coffee. Ketchup, Please you charge enough to put fountains or a serving spot to get. not this sachets that are a pain to open. Bacon, please serve real bacon not this pressed one that doesn´t taste no where near real bacon.

The breakfast was incredible. Huge selection, couldn't ask for more. The staff was also very nice and helpful, but not always attentive in the restaurant. The price quoted for transport to the hotel was almost twice what Uber charged. Upon returning to the airport they arranged a ride that matched Ubers prices (not sure why they didn't do that the first time). The room and elevators were dated. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The restaurant was very expensive for the quality of service and food. But everything else was comfortable and clean and the staff was helpful.

The service is exceptional!

There wasn't anything positive that stood out to me. Too many things to mention. Don't let the "spa" or pool pictures fool you. The amenities were all overcrowded, the water in the pool was an awkward, barely warm temperature, they don't let you in the pool without a swimming cap that they charge for (I've traveled to over a dozen countries and NEVER been forced to wear a cap), and I could go on and on. The room smelled musty, and was very cold. The included breakfast was a disorganized mess and nothing tasted very good. Honestly, I've been trying to block out the experience from my memory. It was my honeymoon and we tried to make the best of it.

Everything I like everything

There were no facial washclothes in the room. There is no power outlet where the coffee maker is in the suite. The light switch in the master room of the suite were confusing and didn’t control the lights. The black out drapes with. Was in operable. The air in the social area of the suite would turn off and the display showed error messages. When housekeeping or the mini bar stock person would leave the room they would pull the extra door card we left in the control panel shutting the lights and other items we had set for our return.

The distance from the airport and the historical center is far. The local traffic made getting to locations difficult.
