The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua

Even thought it wasn’t right on the beach, it was so close to the beach access. Great location for Nusa Dua. Liked everything about the property. It’s not close to any good restaurants.

The facilities the hotel offer are great, the pool area is quite relaxing and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The buffet breakfast has a wide range of options to fit almost all tastes and the staff often are willing to prepare something else you would like. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and a bottle of complimentary water left for each of us. The towels were changed daily too. We had one of the bathroom bulbs malfunctioning and it was shortly resolved upon reporting it to the staff. The location is great, just about 30 minutes from the airport and close to Bali Collection shopping centre which you can get to via shuttle in the hotel lobby. Getting a spa treatment at the hotel is quite easy to book and highly recommended as the staff is quite professional. The restaurant has great options at competitive prices and you can even have dinner while you enjoy the daily activities/dances the hotel offer. Also, the hotel has a gym that looked great but we did not get a chance to use it. At night, a sewage smell came from the bathroom so we recommend to keep the door closed at night. We do not think this is a problem of the hotel as we detected the same smell at various locations in Bali.

- One thing I really loved is how considerate they are with their guests. Even after check-out, if you leave your luggage with them, you can still use their shower room before heading to the airport. They provide towels and even a blower, which was very convenient and thoughtful. They also have weighting scale to check your luggage - The food and drinks at the restaurant were also really good, and the view from the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. - The whole hotel has a peaceful ambiance, and it smells good, especially in the lobby. I also noticed they have a gym available for guests. - The location is also convenient — around 20 minutes away from The Edge and Koral Restaurant. One thing to note: the hotel is very eco-friendly and focused on conserving nature, so guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries. Complimentary items only include a toothbrush and hair net. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

It was clean. And the staffs were nice The housekeeper on the hallway were noisy. The rooms are not noise proof at all. You can hear others from the other room and the hallways. It had no were to take a walk outside the building, just the rooftop

Bed was massive and nice to sleep on, TV was high def and loved it. Good showers and toilets and hotel was easy to navigate. The location was amazing as it was easy to access the beach which was a less than 5min walk. The Buffet breakfast food was really good, with lots of options for sweet and savoury and drink options as well. The rooftop entertainment was awesome, some very talented people and loved that you could get a bucket of Bintang instead of always being cocktails all the time. The lobby was always so hot, all the time. It was tough to just sit in there at times waiting for our ride. I don't know how the staff manage to work in such heat, but it was horrible at times. I hope they sort that out. Also, the hallways on each floor were also really hot, so as soon as you leave your room (whilst still in the hotel) you were boiling. The rooftop food was a bit pricey and was not that great unfortunately. It was not the same quality as buffet breakfast. If they did some really good options at reasonable prices, people would spend more... especially on snack foods and drinks. It was also very hot on the rooftop unless your lucky to get next to a fan or are swimming. Speaking of swimming, there are bats that fly around the roof at night which scared us lol!

Great quality for the price. Only 5 min from the beach, beautiful rooms, very comfy beds, really good breakfast.

Luxurious hotel Nothing

The bed was extremely comfortable, very spacious, firm mattress and fluffy pillows as I prefer. The room was huge, bathroom size was great as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped me organize a private tour to Ubud from there and it was a great price. The restaurant on the rooftop was very convenient and had local food as well as more international ones. They have great amenities such as a small gym, rooftop pool and both a restaurant and a spa at the hotel, which was very good. I got a massage and went back to my room in 2 minutes, which was amazing. They have multiple themed nights at the restaurant, I got to see the Balinese dance one and even thought it was short, it was free and interesting to experience some of the local culture. Breakfast was VERY complete, with a mix of eggs, fruits, yogurt, juices and even food like noodles, vegetables, beef and chicken. My stay was great and I would definitely stay here again! I had to work a couple of days from the room and the built-in desk was tiny and in a dark corner, and the chair was not very comfortable to spend hours sitting down. I recommend the hotel add a larger desk , maybe a standalone so we can move it around closer to the window where it's brighter. I also wish the pool would close a bit later, as both nights that I went back after exploring the city it was closed and I couldn't use it.

The gym is quite small but good equipped, the pool and the top floor view are very nice We were not so impressed with the breakfast buffets, food are not so wel kept and also not so many choices.
