The staff were really friendly! We loved the pool, it was really big and cleaned daily. We had a pool side room and highly recommend paying a bit extra for one. The breakfast every morning was lovely, and great value for money. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is nice. It is near the beach, sovenir shops and convention center. Ambience is relaxing and calming, perfect for a weekend retreat. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Also within the area are warungs where you can buy cheap but tasty Indonesian food. Lastly, the staff are very friendly and welcoming to their guests. There were stains in the toilet bowl seat and as well as the linens. Just minor stains which is understandable since it is difficult to maintain a busy homestay.

I liked the rooms, the swimming pool, the closeness to food vendors, the walkable distance to the various service areas, including to the conference facilities. Breakfast was rather poor, but proportional to the price paid for the rooms. Other than the breakfast and other drinks, no edibles within, not even on order.

Nice and affordable, comfortable, clean rooms, quiet location and easy access to Nusa Dua meeting areas. Needs a bit of a touch up overall. In the rooms perhaps the toilet and bathrooms can do with a refurb.

Ice cold air con. Comfy bed. Great location. Bathroom needs renovating. Make sure you get a pool side room.

I loved the architecture, a beautiful Balinese establishment and in close proximity to the Theatre and the Pacifica Art Museum. Excellent value for money. No toilet paper in the toilet in the main foyer, but really a minor oversight.

Location Outdated and property was not clean

1. Owner of the place was very responsive to my queries 2. Quiet place 3. Location of the property has a lot of nearby local restaurants 4. Parking was spacious 5. Room was spacious 6. Staff are very kind 7. Wifi connection is good (around 40mbps) 8. Daily room make up 9. VISA and Mastercard available 10. Hot and cold shower 11. Breakfast (Mi Goreng, Nasi Goreng and Continental breakfast) 12. Unlimited coffee (sachet), tea and snack at lobby 13. The pool was big 1. When i arrive the room was very clean but it had a peculiar smell, i thought it was just for the price that i paid. However upon requesting that my sheets would be change, the smell was already gone. (This was my main problem) 2. But when i entered the bathroom, Toilet bowl had a tinge of urine 3. For me the furnitures were a bit old, but thats technically fine as long as it’s working. May be you can update your bathroom.

Huge pool and tidy accommodation. Breakfast was nice. Location is 10 mins walk from beautiful Nusa Dua beach but not too far. Staff were smoking at reception and the lock on the bathroom door was very old and could have been updated years ago.

Neat and clean

Both the pool area and room were very big and comfortable. Pillow case smelled of sweat as if it was not changed since the previous persons stay. Had to ask for it to be changed which they did straight away to be fair.

Staff are excellent, very lovely and always go out their way to assist. Location is good as can access beach within 10 minutes, whilst also being immersed in a local neighbourhood with lots of warungs. Pool is also pleasant. Recommend Ikan Bakar Vichi just down the road. Breakfast is basic but does the job, great value for money. As mentioned in other reviews, bathrooms are dated if you are going in the garden view apartments (not pool view).
