Clean room, good value for a lay over. Very close from the airport. Fruit choice and fresh juices for breakfast

The bunkbeds were squeky

We had to carry our luggage up the stairs by ourselves. There was no wifi and the receptionist could not help us with that he was very dismissive.

The hotel is very close to the airport, a good choice if you have a long layover and need a place to rest. There was breakfast in the morning, which I enjoyed. Good coffee, fruit, cake and bread. Also, the staff was nice and helpful. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. I honestly didn't mind the bed much, but the pillows were very hard and gave me a bit of neck pain. I also wasn't given the room I'd booked (cheaper option). I didn't pay too much attention to it while checking in, since it was very late and I was tired (I realized it much later), but well, its in the past now?. I was able to spend the night and rest a bit for my flight the next day.

Great and very close to airport

For what we needed it worked out just fine. We had a long layover in Belem and just needed a place to rest and take a shower. It would definitely not be a place I would choose for a longer stay. Needs to be upgraded

The hotel is located very close to the airport, which makes it perfect for a short stay. The room was clean and is exactly as shown on the pictures: nothing fancy but that's expected for the price.

I needed a room by the airport for 1 night. The room was quiet and very clean. The only problem was a large streak of mold on the wall.

Always leaving your keys at the reception. I put a camera in my room and there were always people in my room without any reason, not that I received clean towels or so.

The staff was friendly and helping. Breakfast was good. The service as well. Actually there was nothing I disliked. Even the taxi drivers were friendly although English was a bit of a problem but we worked ourselves through it.

Good place to stay for a layover since its super close to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very basic but good enough for the price. Area is a bit dodgy, but just 3 minutes from the airport.

Breakfast

I like the staff, the breakfast and the location closer to the airport My self and my 8 years old son, end up had an accident on the toilet, when my son went for shower and the whole shower door fall out on top of us leaving me and my son hurts, with stitches on my son foot and two places on my left hand, the staff was helpful but the hotel management didn't want to take responsibility for the happened, and try to blame my self and my son, buy saying that they wasn't there to see how did I opened the shower door, as if there need a way to open a shower door, I simply put my hand on the door to open and give my son the towel when the whole glass door fall out in pieces Infront of me, my whole day and travel was disturbed... And we left there that night, feeling upset and hurt by the way the hotel handed the situation and tryed to blames us....
