This hotel is fabulous and it is in a choice location right across the street from miles of beach to explore or relax on. The room was exquisite. I splurged on a suite with sweeping sea views that were breathtaking. The minute you walk in the lobby you know you are in the midst of luxury and quality. The food for me was excellent but my companion didnt particularly like it. But the best thing about it was the staff. The business obviously has inculcated a culture of customer-first, customer always. They were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. We had one unfortunate experience upon checkout and we loved the place so much we actually shared with the manager, our one negative experience because I’m sure they would want to know about it and they would want to correct that attitude. However, generally, the staff was just superb. I want to give a special shout out to ADRIANA who was the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful staff person I think I’ve ever encountered.Adriana look me up on WhatsApp. Thank you for everything. The only negative for me was the wifi. First they said the password was my passport number but that did not work. Next the staff gave me a new password but it was very very sketchy—sometimes it took up to a dozen attempts and suddenly it would work. And even then their system forced you to re-log-on constantly sometimes multiple times per day. For a hotel of this quality and for the price the client is paying there should be simple solid and dependable wifi.

Convenient location to get to the airport

Hotel was 10 minutes from the airport and we booked it due to a 12 hour lay over. Also 10 minutes from a large shopping centre. Rooms basic but clean. Swimming pool looked good but we didn’t use. Great shower. Staff were really helpful.

Very close to the Airport. Old and run down. Looks like it used to be a beautiful hotel at one point.

The breakfast was ok. The food was good and the place clean. The location was a bit remote but I was there for only one night. They don't speak English and it was hard to make myself understandable. The yard was not well-kept.
