The breakfast is okay. Very nice pool. The area is not populated, no surrounding unnecessary noises, very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location, and close to the airport. Even though there's language barrier, but the staffs were very helpful. First and foremost is the language barrier, most the things and the speakers are in Portuguese, and we can't even understand at first, when we don't have access to the internet and the google translator, after we get the access to the internet, then we flow with the aid of the google translator. The gym facilities were run down, needs improvements or replacement with new facilities. No clothes iron and ironing board in each room, only one provided for the whole hotel to use. Each room needs to have its own iron and the board.

I Appreciated that the personnel made effort to understand English and help. The hotel has a big Supermarket wright around the corner. 3 min walk and also a park with lots of activities, food and people. That The personnel do not speak English, witch makes it difficult to communicate. A hotel that accommodates international guest should at least have English speaking personal. Good that there is WIFI and translate app.

It’s 5 minutes from the airport Clean Helpful staff The rooms aren’t soundproof. So you literally hear every step, every voice, just everything.

-Even there isn't a restaurant they can arranged you some snack delivered to you. -Mateo was really helpful at the reception. -No restaurant on sight

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Antiga Roma. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The food was excellent, with a diverse menu that exceeded my expectations. The location was also very convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.❤️

Simple but good breakfast. Fresh and hot, made to order. Bed, linen, bathroom are clean, this is rare for Belem. Just a few minutes from the airport. Highly recommend this place! There is no elevator, but that isn't a big deal.

The breakfast was very good I didn't like the small space in the room and the lack of a ramp or an elevator. It was very risky the carry our luggage on the stairs. And the staff didn't help with that. That was a pity.

breakfast is standard, but it was fresh and good this property is a 5 minute ride from the airport the bedroom and bathroom are very clean, well maintained. nothing to complain! there is no lift/elevator. so you have to use the stairs to get to your room

Nothing!! At the moment of check-in, they refused to take the payment from the card provided on the booking. My mother, a 68 year old, after 2 flights it meant +12h travelling, almost midnight, had to walk away in order to find another place to stay. And that after been through such a stress with the staff, a complete shame!! This hotel shouldn't be an option here anymore. I've in booking.com over years and never saw something like this.

No silverware at the room. Only paid plastic fork and knife available, FOR A PRICE (R$ 2,50).
