A lovely character building with friendly staff in a superb location. Bed and pillows were perfect for us. Air conditioning was also perfect for the 30 degrees days Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be better. We used the coffee machine on level 1 which was ok but less convenient. The free breakfast Croissants were always gone early

Excellent location, walking distance to tourist destinations and public transportation, lots of amazing restaurants, beautiful building with dining area and large outside terrace. No complaints!

Location, the Patio Area at the rear and our balcony at the front. A lovely building. Lots of good places to eat right on the door step.

It was so convenient for everything we needed being on the Ramblas Just disappointed the way the croissant were offered in the morning. People appeared to just stand around eating.

Location was amazing, and to be so central and still have so much space was great. The staff were so nice and helpful!! And the building was absolutely beautiful. The a/c didn't work great and it was very much needed.

Clean, central and very comfy. I would ask that when reception are handing over the room key to a solo female traveller, and there are other people at reception, that they don’t say the room number out loud.

the interior is beautiful. the air conditioning wasn’t working properly (on 16* although it felt like it was on 26*) & i told the manager & he said it was working fine when it clearly was not (one of the receptionists came into my room to check it & he also said it was blowing warm air, that something wasn’t right)… & i couldn’t sleep for those 2 nights I stayed at this hotel because it was just too warm …

I absolutely loved this place and wish I could have stayed longer! The only thing that wish I had was a mini fridge.

The building is charming. The air conditioning was completely inadequate to the rigors of the summer temperatures. The staff never cleans the rooms. The only coffee is a malfunctioning machine that was broken. Croissants were consistently late. WiFi was spotty. Really profoundly uncomfortable experience- we left early.
