Onix Rambla

I didn't like the "gym". You should really be more transparent about this. Two 3 kg weights, a broken treadmill, and elliptical and stationary bike certainly does not make a "gym".

Location is top notch for Bus/Metro and many good resturants and areas to explore just around in walk. Good Air conditioning , small pool on roof The mattress was ok not great

Nicholas at reception was great. My room blew a fuse when I arrived and I had to ask Pavel, the electrician working in the room next door, to fix it so that I could have electricity. The phone never worked. The towels are child sized. Also, the toilet broke the second day and was permanently running for the rest of the stay. The location is good but the room was so sad. Super basic and not worth the money.

- Great location, central so made for a good base to see the main sights and was also convenient for meals, etc. - Clean and good sized rooms. - Requested a baby crib ahead of time but hotel was not able to provide due to lack of availability and did not inform of this ahead of time. Was told at the front desk that the entire hotel only has a 1 or 2 available so while I appreciate the hotel states it would try to accomodate the request no evidence was shown on the hotel trying to accomodate. - Poor breakfast choice.

Room was spacious and had a great layout. Air condition system was incredibly helpful during the extremely hot days. Location was in a perfect placement near lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and metro. Breakfast was great with juice and coffee available. The one chair in the room was not the most comfortable, would have preferred one with a cushion. The air condition system, although great, did occasionally make a slight knocking sound (not a big deal).

Room was good and location was excellent. Breakfast could have been better by adding a little more items from the fresh menu.

We had a great stay at Onix Rambla. The location is excellent, right in the center with everything within walking distance, which made exploring Barcelona very easy, especially with a child. The staff were friendly, helpful and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, everything was very smooth and comfortable Nothing major to mention. Everything met our expectations.

Only thing was some of the walls weren’t super sound proof so you could hear a lot

One girl at the reception, she was extremely unprofessional and rude as she told me “if u don’t like the service, be my guest and leave since ur reservation in non refundable” and I was just asking for 2 rooms close to each other as I have my kids. I asked her about her name she refused to give me her name and she was not wearing the name tag.

It was close to everything; centre of town, subway, restaurants, bars, shuttle to airport. I was extremely happy about choice. No complaints about property.
