Nothing about this hotel is nice, it was very dirty, not organised at all very rude and unhelpful staff. I had to change 4 rooms. The hotel is like ibis but with 5 star money. It was a full nightmare. In premium room was full of dirt and spider nest and cockroaches. Awful, awful awful. Everything. One if the worst experience ever

Best location! Close to the metro. It was very baby friendly. The staff was very friendly and warm especially with the baby they were very accommodating. They would help us warm baby food etc. Cleanliness was good. Walking distance from all the high end shops and restaurants Pool was pretty outdated, and dirty. If you needed anything from the hotel desk you have to go down to get it yourself otherwise €5 charge! Even to get a fork and plate for my baby. Some staff were a bit stuck up, one of them was rude at breakfast. Most were very nice though.

great location Rooftop bar a joke. The bar staff couldn't care less and extremely slow at bringing drinks. Super expensive and you would only go for the view. Hotel residents given no preference over non-residents who come up for one drink to get a selfie and leave. Not impressed.

Location Everything. This is NOT a five-star hotel. The rooms are small, the bathroom is old and dilapidated. In photo number one, I've included a view of the gap between the room and the hotel corridor – you could hear everything, as if the door weren't closed. I should point out that the room was a superior room. The rooftop pool is a hotbed of influencers, and the music is so loud you can't have a normal conversation. It's a disco, not a place to relax. And finally, my request for a taxi to the airport was met with a respite, because "there's a taxi rank right next door."

The staff, the location and the in room amenities It was not very clean, the bed looked like someone had be lying in it before I came in, the tv remote was on the bed. The room had a shared balcony but I could not go out, only the other guest could and then he was sitting right in front of my window so I had to have the curtains closed.
