Location The basic double room is not suitable for a couple very small and although the bathroom is large no side shelf beside sink to put my toilets. On our 2nd day the housekeeping didn’t make the room we left at 9:30 am and got back at 3:30 pm and rooms were not clean. Then she knocked at 4:30 pm rushing us to get out to clean and that was not ok for us

A lovely little hotel right where you need to be in Barcelona. Just North of the Gothic Center and just South of the Gaudi houses. Easy to get to on the A1 bus from the airport. Helpful staff and lovely large rooms Not much really, We enjoyed our stay.

Room was large and was cleaned daily, sheet and towels were also changed daily. The location was perfect. No balconies are available. No toilet brush was provided.

Location is very close to the main shopping area of Barcelona. Throughout our 4-day stay at the hotel, our air conditioner kept failing. Every single day, we had to call the reception desk to reset it. The washroom also had a very strong smell of urine even after we had our room cleaned. I asked the reception lady where the smell was coming from, and she could not provide an answer. I even invited her to go up to our room so she could check it herself. This hotel is very busy; there is not much space in the reception or lobby area for people to sit. The couch could also use a thorough deep cleaning; it looks dirty. At times, there's only one elevator working, and it is always full. They should also hire more reception staff who speak English; sometimes they speak Spanish behind your back, which is very rude.
