The staff are the biggest assets of this hotel. So welcoming and friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. We had a deluxe room with a lovely terrace. It had a great rainwater shower which was an unexpected bonus. Situated on La Ramblas which is a very convenient location, and a short walk to the cruise bus terminal. I will definitely book here again next time I’m in Barcelona.

Location was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and pleasant. On one occasion they got off their seat at reception to press the lift for us. Always said good morning etc. lovely people. Our room was cleaned everyday. Great shower. Very powerful. Decor could be updated
