The location was great, Staff very nice and super helpful, and breakfast very complete

It was truly a garden sanctuary in the middle of the most busy part of Barcelona! Not the properties fault, but depending on the time of day, exiting the hotel could be a bit of a shock.

Good location, really nice staff! The room with the terrace it needs refurbished. Some parts of the wall had mould. The bathroom it was bad as well. The towels were with a bad smell and they were really old. Not a 4 star hotel!

Fantastic location, Spotless , extremely attentive staff. Most importantly, hotel manager, Alicia is very customer focused and assisted with everything we asked for. Reception staff, Kitchen staff , Porters all very helpful. Certainly they made our stay pleasant and gave us really spacious Suite as gesture of goodwill upon our request.

Our stay at Petit Palace in Barcelona was really wonderful. The employees were amazing, especially Mariah, who checked us in and helped us with our luggage. Maria and Alicia also went above and beyond to make sure our daughter, who has severe food allergies, had gluten-free and egg-free options at breakfast, which was served at the hotel. We truly appreciated their care and attention. We were very impressed with the customer service. We haven’t experienced this level of service at a hotel in years. All of the employees were friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel also has great amenities, a nice restaurant, and a beautiful garden. The apartment side of the building is a little older, but it is very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect as well. As soon as you walk out of the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, and it is located right in the Gothic Quarter.

Was a great stay at Petit Palace Boqueria Garden. The location is great, right in the heart of Barcelona, and with a nice garden; and within easy walking distance of many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. Good balance for money, recommended!

Great location and comfortable rooms! Included breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly and helpful. Some water/pipe noises from neighboring rooms in the night which was concerning.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Gothic Quarter, stunning streets and Spanish vibes . Beautiful secret garden. Awesome staff, helpful in the every way, specially Nicola. Clean and cozy rooms, best breakfast ever. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you all for beautiful memories.

Location The lady at the reception was extremely rude. She insisted that we did not have a room for two adults and a child, only to realize later that she had been looking at the wrong reservation. It was a very unpleasant experience. The rooms also need some refreshing, and the bunk bed is in quite a worn-out condition.

Located in a great spot off La Rambla. Very polite, helpful staff. Clean rooms, nice little courtyard garden. Superb breakfast.
