Had an excellent stay that this well located hotel. The staff are outstanding - very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good, particularly with the station for cooking eggs anyway you like them. Also the coffee was good. Nothing

The views were great and the staff was very pleasant. Random furniture, no coffee capsules in the room (we had to ask), low quality food at the restaurant, the sauna didn't work properly, the outdoor jacuzzi didn't work at all, the ski lockers didn't close properly. It's not a bad hotel at all but definitely not what you'd expect of a 5 star hotel, especially with those rates.

Proximity to the ski lift. The chair lift is 40 m walk away. The staff very friendly especially Lesmes, Patricia and Antonio. Hotel spotless throughout Literally in the middle Of nowhere with no restaurants etc nearby however they will shuttle you to any of the surrounding villages

Staff attention is great, breakfast fantastic and hassle free ski is top. The Japanese food prepared by Elton at the main restaurant is top notch, the best in baqueira by far Pillows are not good. Raclette restaurant is not worthy, low value for money

Location and quality Nothing

The staff were amazing and the rooms were fantastic. Nothing was a problem. Very accommodating. I couldn’t find a fault in anything. Everything was 100%. Would stay with them again without questions.

The property is in literal walking range to the slopes which is great, you walk out the lobby, get your skis on next door and within 3 minutes you’re on the lift. Perfect location. They also have a parking service (for additional charge!) which is quite helpful given limited parking spaces We arrived on a Sunday night to an internet outage, which means no one could do a proper check-in. We asked for some additional information / a map / brochure but they had nothing for us. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and really just wanted to have a quick meal, even room service would be okay, then go out. We were surprised to find out that the kitchen was shut for New Year’s Eve and no one told us. The restaurant options around the hotel are really poor, so this was a real issue and we had to find our own solution as the hotel staff was not very helpful on that matter. Finally, the rooms were not very clean, it was very dusty, to the point that we woke up every morning with a blocked nose from all the dust.

Nice hotel, very well located for ski practicing. People at service mostly do not speak or even understand local official languages. They would look you like an alien if you would speak to them an official language other than Spanish. The worse thing is not a lack of skill in those official languages, but their arrogance.

Pros: - spacious clean rooms with stunning views - really great employees, everyone is very helpful and kind, they definitely compensate for the hotels shortcomings -great massage in the spa thanks to the lovely manager - valet service I would assume the hotel got its 5 star rating in the past and then decided to cut the cost… - quite a frugal breakfast, not many options, but the mood killer is one small 2-cup Nespresso machine as your only coffee source… if you want tea you still have to get that hot water from the same machine :) - spa circuit is not free; yet, jacuzzi was cold (we couldn’t use it) and two contrast showers simply did not work. The spa manager was kind enough not to charge us for it - avoid the restaurant for lunch or dinner, they only had fast food options Overall, for a price per night you pay the quality you get is not worth it. If not the rooms and kind employees, it would be a 3 star rating.
