Good location. Comfortable. great staff

While the location is great, and actually close to the center of Baqueira (5 min away by car), there are limited options if you do not own a car. Taxis can be very expensive (40€ for a 8 person van, one way). So, should you wish to spend more time at the center of Baqueira, would recommend renting a car (the hotel offers parking options). Good breakfast but could have a bit more variety/quantities. Pool area could benefit from having more lounge chairs and something to prevent the floor from being so slippery.

Was very clean and very comfortable. The courtesy bus and driver were excellent and the director of the hotel was very helpful. The swimming pool and spa area floor was very slippery.

Location was great for ski lift and ski hire. No real options for eating unless ypu drive. Good for weekend skiing though.

Every requirement is catered for and all the staff are very friendly The bedrooms are a little dated and too warm. Not contrôlable ,even with window open still very warm as the heat rises from other floors.

The staff were very friendly and helpful I thought the faculties were a bit tired.The pool wasn’t warm and coming in from the cold you’d expect it to be pleasant temperature. Dinner was disappointing as well , far too much on the menu and better to do a few things well than too many things badly , also the coffee machine situation was terrible ,shouldn’t be offering up pods if the machines aren’t working…

The size of the room 106 is small. One queen bed would be much more convenient for the space available

I liked very much the room. We stayed the 4 in one room at the top floor. Great views and the bedroom very confortable. A very nice Ski trip. I recomend... we recomend. Family Santos Portugal. We get to Baqueira on 1sdt April, so it was not so much snow. It only rained snow 1 day, in our 5 day ski trip.

The staff are very friendly and nice, location is very close to the chair lift, there is a mini bus that takes you to and from the lift. The hotel is nice, but all the facilities in the room are rather used, one can here all kinds of noises around (toilet flush, doors creaking, steps in the corridor, etc.). I would rate it a 3star because of that, although it has a mini pool and a sauna. Don’t expect too much from the restaurant, the food is decent, but nothing special.

Food excellent, and service exceptional. 2oom walk to chair lift Hotel rather sparsely furnished. In a cluster of identical modern blocks,no bars or shops, no village vibe.

The hotel chef and dining room staff are responsive and offer a variety of flavourful offerings. The staff are genuinely service oriented. The beds are comfortable.. NOT HARD! and the linen and towels are of high quality. Finally a Ski hotel that makes up a bed with a duvet AND a top sheet. Thank you! The sauna is a bit small, could be upgraded and better appointed without great expense. Otherwise, for the price and location, all is good, especially the hotel staff. And that makes all the difference! Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Chalet Bassibe. Lots of options at breakfast and dinner and we all really liked the meals. The staff were really kind and welcoming and the location for our ski holiday was perfect . It’s just a short walk to the slopes although the hotel did provide an excellent bus service. I would definitely stay here again

The property is beautiful, the food delicious and the stuff amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and caring. It snowed while we stayed there and the staff even helped with the cars so they were not stuck under the snow. The half-board menu is superb. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Very friendly staff, nice bar and lounge area, lovely pool to relax after skiing. Location is excellent for the Esquiros lift and ski shops in Tanua. Easy to park as well. Rooms are comfortable (decent beds) but seem outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.
