The breakfast is AMAZING! Also being so close to the slopes is a perk that is wonderful. All the staff treated us stupendously and were helpful every time. The bed was so comfortable that it made every rest efficient. This hotel is really good value for money. If you like buffet for dinner, the restaurant is worth it These are really small points that didn't harm the experience. Our room was a duplex and sleeping on the upper floor made us go up and down the small stairs to sleep or go to the bathroom at midnight (with swore legs). The temperature of the water in the pool is a bit colder than expected. To be honest, there was no big negative point

Perfect location and just everything you need for skiing inside (rent, lockers, parking, good food, and even pool for apreski), services like it is 4 or 5 stars, also very clean and loundry is very fast. Almost nothing, the bar is not the best place for lunch (there are more tasty places near Baquiera 1800) and the second time we had room that smels a little bit strange, I think because the chimney tube was near, but we could just open the window, and this room was very warm (that is good).

Breakfast far exceeded that of any 3 star hotel I’ve stayed in The lighting upstairs could have been a little brighter as difficult to see in the wardrobe. Not a big issue though

Reception staff are nice. Rooms were very small. Some of the staff don’t make an effort to help clients. Jacuzzi was very small and the spa area staff are rarely available.

A wonderful hotel, our second time there. Great access to the main ski lift, ski shop and a few restaurants.. lovely rooms, comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms ( with baths ). Great restaurant, great buffet breakfast which was included in the price. We dined in on all three nights. Well presented buffet with different choices every night and reasonably priced. The hotel staff are well trained and very helpful There are two pools and unfortunately the main pool was not properly controlled, full of screaming children On all three nights was woken up at midnight by children running through the corridors making lots of noise and banging on doors..

food was amazing, 100% should be more than a 4 star hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly, onsite ski rental shop is a bonus. rooms was a good size could of offered snacks options for early afternoon 'evenings for kids more hooks in rooms

The location - directly opposite the main lift to the slopes - cannot be beaten in Baqueira. The breakfast was excellent. Tonnes of variety, fresh, very quick service and great value. Cuylas ski shop in the hotel made rentals quick and easy. Location of the boot room off the hotel lobby was so convenient. A totally hassle free skiing experience! Wonderful, kind and friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble.

All the facilities are in one hotel, it looks more like 4 or 5 starts. Everyday cleaning, good breakfast, and dinner, ski rent, and a pool inside, close to the ski lift. Almost no vegetables in the breakfast (it is better to add at least cucumbers) and it low soundproofing in the room.

Location right next to gondola and chairlift. Sauna is €12 per person. Look is quite dated and two of the three saunas were too cold.
