Grami Hotel

The spa area seems rather small at first, but it proved ample enough to accommodate everyone in the end. The water could use a little less chlorine, but maybe it's just me.

Dinner and breakfast are perfect! A lot of choices as a open buffet and all of them are very delicious. Staff are very nice, it’s a welcoming place in the hearth of Bansko. We chose this place for unlimited spa access but only the sauna was working and it’s so small. Salt room and infrared room was not functioning. If you like to stay in a spa hotel that’s not the place.

I travelled with my 3 adult children for their first time skiing and this hotel and bansko was just perfect all round....The hotel was excellent.. staff were very friendly helpful and attentive.. room was clean and tidy every day. Food was good and plentiful... location was perfect for ski and bars/ food (Just a two minute walk. Highly recommend for anyone going to Bansko. Thank you to all the staff and owners of Grami hotel Nothing at all

Food is way above average. Plenty of meat and non-meat choices. Fresh fruit. High-quality products. Staff are nice. Parking on location (which is important in Bansko). There was something wrong with the mattress in our room. The pool was way colder than claimed on the web site.

The rooms had enormous amounts of mood everywhere which is probably because there are no radiators to dry your damp or wet clothes. The food was nice but it was clear that they used the leftovers from the day or two days before and did something with them. This was true for both the soups and the main courses

Pool wasn't heated , small souna , breakfast and dinner if u came late food was cold and small chance to refill the food Bed was to low and uncomfortable especially after a day of ski

Location and staff were great. The jacuzzi is lukewarm water which was not great on a snowy wintery day. No hot water in the shower, only warm water.

WOW!!! that's what we can say. Petar and Daisey Thank You for a wonderful stay, our family of 8 were looked after and assisted in every regard possible. All your staff from the cleaning staff to the dinner staff were absolutely AMAZING, smiles all around with eagerness and energy. Not to mention the delicious food every night and all day, All included option was one of the best we've had ever. Real home feel and no limits on flavor and taste "DEVINE" Thanks we will be back, keep up that awesome family type hotel atmosphere. Absolutely nothing !

Nothing -location is near a site -the lady from reception was unpolite -the room was unclean, no towels -we receive after request, the sheets were dirty with blood spots -in the bathroom , the toilet lid was broken, no soap or shower gel -kitchen smell all around -first night the dog from the room near us barked almost all night

good balance between price/quality. I would recommend them to upgrade their bed mattresses & pillows

The room itself, although big enough for 2 adults and a child, seems to have old furniture, especially the beds seem old and the matresses were a bit worn out. There is no real view because there are a lot of buildings around the property. Also the "pool", both of them... are realy realy small, more like a bath tub than a pool, we couldn't use them.

All? Small swimming pool

The included dinner was delicious and had great variety over the course of a 3 night stay. The included facilities are a bit small but nice to have.

This is our second visit, location is perfect with a panorama view of the magnificent Vihren peak and Todorka ski slopes! Sadly it was a rainy week. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and varied. The spa area is small but comfortable and warm. Very convenient location next to the starting ski station. We would prefer slightly bigger pillows, but that's a minor thing.
