Nice location, 5/10 min walk to the gondola Dinner was a bit better than the breakfast 1. I had a bad experience with the hotel's security. One night with my friends, we were hanging out in the lobby and I guess we must have just repositioned a bag which i guess was the bag of the security guy cus out of nowhere he shows up screaming, angry saying that who moved the bag this is my bag and just shouts, people are sleeping, gets the bag and moves away without us having the chance to say a word (keep in mind we were the only ones in the lobby at that time, no noise was made whatsoever, no complaints from other guests, the security actually made more noise alone than all of us together). Acting like a "tough guy" to your own guests wasn't such a good behavior but since we were on vacation, we didn't want to make a big deal of it. Other then that the other guy at the reception was quite friendly. 2. If ur looking for just a place to sleep and nothing more, than this hotel is the go to choice for you. The facilities are old, like really old, the bed is old and not comfortable at all. 3. The thermal bath and the sauna are really old too, with a tough chlorine smell which u could smell from the dinning area too cus they are right next to each other. 4. Average breakfast So if u think the price of this 3 star hotel is too good to be true than ur right it is.

Nice location. Good breakfast. Warm room especially considering winter time. Very good price. Dirty floor in bath room, bad sound isolation. No private parking, you need to park on the street (but it’s common thing in Bansko, not sure how Booking can handle this)

Thank you for your professional 5-star service. It was a pleasure to come to your hotel, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It has been a pleasure and if we can come again, we will. We loved the food - especially the chicken paste, we loved the spa, steam room, jacuzzi, and the rooms. When we left and then came back the room was spottles. We would also like to tell you that you are very lucky to have a waiter like this. He is thoughtful and extremely kind, he stood out. He is probably the kindest and calmest person I have ever met in my whole life. His name is George also known as Giorgi. He is the best waiter ever in the world. 6/5 stars

There was no hairdryer

Great location, yummy breakfast, comfortable room but needs some renovation The shower doesn’t have an appropriate door so the bathroom becomes a mess, balcony door didn’t open

An excellent located hotel for a short walk to the gondola and bars. Invest in some decent mattresses along with black our curtains and covers for the food buffet to keep both warm and cool and there’s no reason why this hotel can’t get a higher star rating .

They where friendly and helpful. Not to far from gondola station. Room cleaning service was good. The room was warm and it was -10 outside. Food was tipical traditional and very tasty and plenty. The carpet was miserable. Furniture was old and bad. Wall paper was falling from the walls. Bad, cheap pillows. Lights not working properly.

Location, the spa was good I had to leave my passport in the reception in the meantime the check in was done! I don’t really like to leave it anywhere without my supervision. I said I was going to wait for the check in but the receptionist told me it was going to take time as she has many check in to do, and I saw all the people passport there.

Very clean apartment even though it is not the newest building you can find in Bansko. The cleaning service was amazing, cleaning the room and changing the towels every day. Excellent location, only some meters away from the gondola to the ski resort. The breakfast was decent, but some of the selections were not that fresh every day - understandable from a sustainability perspective, but worth to be mentioned. The steam sauna was not working for all 5 days we stayed.

All amenities were available, staff was very responsive and polite. Everyone was engaged, it is good value for money, but the best was concierge Ahmed - for us he was the strongest asset of this hotel - his engagement and proactive character is something else. The rooms could be more modern

Great location. Very clean and spacious room. It was very warm. We used the fireplace for atmosphere. There was a bathtub. New year's dinner was superb! There was limited parking on the street as the hotel doesn't have parking, but there was a lawn nearby where we found free parking. Except for the new year's dinner, I think the food could be improved. They are renovating the SPA so it wasn't working. The water in the jacuzzi (which was very big, sort of like a pool) was cool (not hot) and it wasn't all that nice.
