Dinner was great, breakfast so-so. Staff was polite and responsive. The apartment had 2 frindges, but unfortunately none of them worked.

The cozy fireplace at the reception The spa is amazing. Hot water, 3 saunas, hot beds, ice bath The food for breakfast is very good The room was simple but clean The spa is absolutly amazing but the guys stop the hot water at 6 30 even tho the spa closes at 8. The wqter is still hot but it gets colder closer to the end. Looks a little bit old. Could use a renovation, but the facilities are still top notch A little bit of a distance from the gondola.

Staff - very friendly and helpful. My daughter had her b-day on the day of our arrival. I had asked the reception to make anice surprise for her (14). They put some 10-15 balloons all around the floor and the beds, and we got a 2-litre bottle of Coca-cola with a nice ribbon (haha), and a post card with the sweetest wish: to travel around the world! The kid was impressed, and touched! The pool area is not huge but it is nice. The food was not very various (the hotel was not full - and it was nice!) but it was super tasty and fresh (the best juicy kiwis, apples and oranges!!!) As if cooked for a big (extended) family. The beds are comfy, even the small fold-out sofa. The bathroom is nice and big. The bathrobes are fluffy and big enough for adults. The lobby is huge, the rose-theme sofa pillows are cute. The reception has books!!! And UNO cards! There is a pool table - games can be played at a small fee. The TV in the room could not connect to the antenna/wifi... but we never made it an issue (it was better for the kids not to watch TV so much, haha)

The location near the center, the view from the terrace, affordable prices at a traditional mehana, delicious and fresh meals, the waitress attitude, size, cleanliness and temperature of the pool. The best and cozy place to stay in Bansko ❤️
