Large rooms are good. Haven’t had such bad customer service before. The guy at the desk told me I would have to pay close to what I payed for a night if I wanted to check in anytime up until an hour before 3pm. I arrived early due to my flight. Happy to pay a bit extra to check in early but I thought that was ridiculous. I then asked if it was possible to use the gym or other facilties while I wait, while I was told was not possible! When later going into the gym area there was no one in there anyway, so I don’t know why this was not possible. The guy was actually quite rude as well. I would have stayed a lot longer here but decided to find another hotel with better customer service.

We enjoyed the neighbourhood dining, the locals were friendly and plenty of options and reasonable prices for food, drinks and massage. The room was spacious and great to have two bathrooms. The pool was great. The lounge furniture was uncomfortable and plastic surface not great to sit on. Weird having a kitchen and not being allowed to use it. We spent alot of time travelling - slightly awkward area to get to the sights.

Just like my house's room The Wi-Fi speed is limited; you should update and increase it. Another significant upgrade is a smart TV. We often use Netflix and YouTube, so having easy access and log-in options in our preferred language is essential.

I have stayed at BUPlace for a total of 6 months (or more) combined and always had a good experience

The room was nice and clean and comfy. Overall good I booked a room with a balcony so I can smoke there and when I arrived the staff told me I cannot smoke in the balcony for some reason but that was weird because I wasn't planning to smoke in the room, only in the balcony so I dont understand why is that. They should tell that in advance.

Room was very spacious, facility is very safe, staff was really nice and helpful. Pool was clean and the amenities are outdated. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but it was fine.

Which stay over here as I was catching a flight in the morning but wish I was staying longer! Wonderful accommodation and the staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious with views of the city.

Rooms are nice and big and facility very nice Sad that they don't have a microwave. I understand no stove but this would be nice .. especially for longer stays ..
