Spacious room ✓ Quiet atmosphere ✓ Good bathroom with all necessary equipment ✓ Location ✓ (Actually an oasis inside the jungle of Bangkok) though not very close to the city center, but just 1,4 km from Makassan station which provides a connection to the airport and 800 meters from "Tha Prha" subway station (blue line) where central Rama 9 mall is. Blue line gives access to major sights in Bangkok's city center. Professional and polite- welcoming personnel ✓ Comfortable beds ✓ Shopping and food✓ (A big mall within walking distance as I already mentioned). Budget friendly ✓ Everything you need for a nice stay ✓✓✓✓✓ Charging for losing the key-card was ok, but 8plus euros was too much. Anyway, this is too little to cast shadow on an otherwise nice stay. Keep on the good work guys ?

We stayed two times and can't recommend it enough. Rooms were super spacious, clean, with a fridge, water heater. Water was available 24h, hot and cold. Amazing! 711 nearby, 15 minutes walk from mbt station and a mall. Laundry service was amazing and super fast, everyone at the reception was so helpful and kind. Loved this place, if I go back to bangkok definitely would be coming back here!

Great staff - super friendly and helpful. Good bed, good TV (with Netflix). Spacious. A bit noisy (but not too bad). No desk or chair for computer work.

The hotel was amazing! Super relaxing and chill, loved the whole place and how green it is. 15 minutes walking from the metro station and had a 711 5 minutes walking from there. Rooms were super spacious, the bathroom was fine and everything was very clean and the water distributor was a live saving for us. Everyone at the reception was great and helped us a lot with recommendations, taxis and they even kept our suitcase when we travel around Thailand. Also the laundry service 10/10. Had an amazing experience and we're returning in a week or so.
