Tv did not work in 2 out of 3 rooms they kept switching me to i went two days without a tv because either it didn’t work they have “Chinese brand” tvs in the executive rooms that don’t switch to English

The bed was hard. No handwash soap. AC is loud and the air is very humid. The shower water pressure was weak.

Wifi was good an thats about it No hotwater, 1945 fixtures an bed. Very dirty, nothing like the photos. They need to take those photos down. Wouldn't bring kids there

Wifi was good, staff friendly Room no hot water, beds hard old, rooms dirty, building floors all dirty. No house cleaning for multiple nights. Good for low low budget but don't expect quality. Pictures didn't match what you see in these rooms.

1. The staff is great and very helpful 2. Location is okay, not too far from the center on taxi and a metro station is in a 10-15 mins walking distance. The lobby is clean and nice, But the rooms are very old and smelly, generally clean though.

The staff were great, we stored our bicycles here while we did a side trip to an island for a few days. Room is big and spacious, bathroom as well. Separate shower which is not common here. Wifi is really good and there is a restaurant at the hotel. Close to the airport as well. Location isn't great, not much around so have to take a taxi to get anywhere. Not much of a view from the window - looking next door to a very rundown building.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. To start with, it is only a ten-minute walk from the nearest MRT/subway station on the blue line, which in turn is only a stop away from the subway stop/train station that links the city with the international airport. The room was perfect in terms of both size and layout and had a nice view of the surrounding area. I asked the staff if I could get a room on that side of the building because of the nice view and they kindly obliged. Speaking of which, the receptionists, the manager, the cleaners and the rest of the staff were all extremely considerate, kind and efficient and helped make my stay in Bangkok even more pleasant. Last but not least, its room rates are definitely cheap. As of my stay there (end of March and beginning of April 2024) there was no laundry service, however this is due to the fact that the hotel managed changed as recently as a month ago, plus the current manager assured me that such a service - which the hotel used to provide under the previous management - will definitely be resumed as soon as the necessary resources become available later this year.

The staff were very nice, the room was clean and nice. Also, the price was super cheap. They didn't have breakfast at the time, which I needed a lot, but they will do shortly.

Building looks good. Lobby looks good. Room is not cleaned everyday. No TV in the room. Water leak in the bathroom. No breakfast available in the hotel. A little far from the subway station.

Clean and friendly staff. Location not to bad if you like to walk. Sometimes a little trouble with internet but the lobby very strong.
