Clean room.

Too far from ballpark.

Good over night stay, room was clean and staff was friendly!

Overall, it was a clean hotel. I would more than likely stay there again.

Great place to stay breakfast was really good

The only hot items were eggs (cereal & oatmeal were present, limited selection of bread). When I spoke to management initially they did not believe me that there were no hot items & limited selection of breakfast present, so I asked them to see for themselves. The same staff member (who told me they stopped putting food out at 730) came over and said she"doeant usually work breakfast & just went by the time the breakfast attendant told her to stop serving." .....40 mins we waited for "more food" to come out. With 1 minute to spare in breakfast, they placed only sausage links out. Room key was did not work 3 times during the 2 night stay, each time before a new key was made I was accused of having my "phone too close to the room key"....when in fact I did not. Then I was asked "did you try the other key?"...well obviously i did i wouldnt come back down to the front desk with my luggage or bags if I could get into the room...a simple "We apologize" or "sorry for the inconvenience" would have sufficed. I understand how it how stressful it can be working in a hotel which is also "sold out". But courteousness goes a long way. A simply apology for misunderstandings or actually replishening items for hungry patrons is a basic customer service.

Overall, I would stay hear again. They weren’t expecting so many at check in, which created delays. The room was nice, bed was a bit hard. The free breakfast was pretty good, with the exception of the pancake maker not working, but those things happen!

I did run into 2 glitches. 1. The carpet was gross between the windows and bed. When we said something at the front desk, it was taken care of during the day, at some point. 2. On check out day, I requested an extra hour to leave and we were told it was OK. I don't think that was communicated to housekeeping. When they knocked on the door , and we were still packing up, housekeeping was mad that we were still there and didn't know we had that extra time. We were out before the extra hour was up.

Clean hotel, nicely updated. Convient location and secluded parking lot.

It was a nice hotel overall. The room was nice and clean. The room was made up everyday. Each time I returned to my room. My door key would not work. I had to wait in line to get a new one. The staff was not very friendly.

Amazing place to stay! Clean, good water pressure, had tons of stuff like shampoo, lotion, etc! Breakfast was HUGE with fruit, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, eggs, meat, juice, muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc. Beds were a little hard but otherwise it was great!

We would stay there again.

The fact they made your need their priority! Awesome Customer Service!! I enjoyed their staff! The cleaning staff was amazing I appreciate their service as well. All of them!! Over and beyond!!
