Clean & great staff! Close & convenient to the light rail to downtown Baltimore!
-
The staff during the evening hours are extremely helpful once you can reach them. They are often busy with other guests, as there appears to be only one staff member on duty in the evenings. I am usually gone during the day.

Love this place the ppl that work here are very friendly and sweet...Definitely will always be my 1st place to stay

Property needs to be renovated.
-
Very clean and comfortable

I have nothing good to say so I’ll just leave it at that now I’m lying. The staff was nice.

The hotel and room were very dirty There were burgs throughout the facility and in the room. The customer service was poor and unhelpful. There were fights and excessive noise during the night, making it difficult to sleep. Police were outside the hotel frequestly. There appeared to be prostitues around the hotel property For these reasons, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I didn't feel safe, dirty and I encourage others to consider a differenct place to stay for their safety and peace of mind.

Bathroom smelled.

Do not stay at this property. We checked out 1hr after we checked in. As soon as we got out of the elevator the hallways smelled horrible. We walked into our room and clearly nobody cares about the no smoking sign as the room smelled like someone literally smoked a cigarette 20 min before we entered. We went to open the windows and found an infestation of 20 cockroaches all along and inside the windowsill. The floors were sticky, there were nails popping out of the ceiling and i am 99% sure there were feces on the floor near the toilet. When checking out an hour later the front desk staff asked why we were leaving, i explained the above, and he simply said “ok, thanks”. Not OMG i am so sorry, i apologize, no offer to refund ….nothing…. Just thanks as if those conditions are the norm here. Avoid this place at all costs even if it is the only place available as it was for us. Stay in your car!

The property needs some more maintenance as well as the rooms but it was okay.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was not able to see the free breakfast because we departed our room at 4 am.

Neighbors next to me were arguing in the hallway at 3a.m in the morning I had to be to work....card wouldn't work on my door several times

Location is perfect for work. The snacks & coffee in the morning. Laundry & vending area. Well my neighbors were arguing....etc etc long story short the guy couldn't get back in the room because the man inside wouldn't open the door this went on for approximately 45min the guy that was outside started kicking, banging and pounding on the door. It scared me at first. Mind you it's 3 a.m. Had to go to work

I did not feel safe nor comfortable at this location. The room door was splintered and the locks appeared to have been tampered with previously.
-
My room smelled of smoke. Lots of cigarette smoke. Mold sound the toilet. Just really gross.
-
Quiet, clean and convenient.
-
While room was clean but had bad Oder in room. Breakfast was only coffee and muffins and oatmeal. No utensils in the room. FYI! Don’t request first floor due to people that live on the property.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been into when I walk in and got a room and my room was on the third floor. I got into the elevator. The elevator smelled. I got out of the elevator, and there was smell coming from the dingy carpet and it wasn’t lit and I all opened up the door to go in the room and I swear I was getting a room at a shelter refrigerator at rust thousand rust spots on it. The room was homeless looking shelter furniture if I didn’t have a 15 hour layover, I would’ve left immediately the worst experience of a hotel motel I ever been in my life. The clientele was very question. Look like drug infested area they need to close this hotel up and get it remodeled immediately. This is one of the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in a hotel.

Neat the airport. Arrived at 3:00 am gave the front desk all my credentials. However, at 8:30 am the manager was knocking at my door for my license which was given on check in. Very aggressive, also lied I had not made a payment which was done. Basically a very rude manager untrained to deal with customers. I would not stay at this place if you have a plane cancelation because they will not extend your stay to gain some sleep.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at! From check in, to check out was horrible! I booked two rooms; one smelled like food, the other smelled like cigarette smoke, although it is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The curtains wouldn’t even close, I had to use a hairpin to secure it so that no one from the outside would be able to see inside. The shower in one room wasn’t even working properly. It took almost 30 minutes of twisting and turning different knobs for it to finally work. The bed only has 3 pillows on it, and they were the smallest pillows. You couldn’t even see the tv while laying on the bed. The walls looked like someone put a hole in it, from the patch job, the room wasn’t repainted. Then breakfast was supposed to be included, there was no knowledge of the “grab and go” breakfast until check in, however, there was nothing to “grab and go”. Overall, 0/10 experience, and I would be looking to get a full refund!
