Le Maddalene B&B

It was a chilly day outside and the room was also a little chilly. The breakfast could have been much better with very little effort by picking up some fresh bread or pastries at the local bakery.

It is really hard to say anything what does not highlights this accommodation. We had a studio, which was very spacious, with well equipped kitchenette, very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Entrance from the living room was right to the terrace on which we loved to sit and sip a glass of wine. The owner allowed to use the main terrace from which there is spectacular view over Lake Grande Avigliana, with Sacre Sante Michael on opposite mountains and high Alps mountains on the horizon. Chiara was taking care about everything during our stay and was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous and very tasty, with view over the lake and opposite mountains it was a prefect start of every our day. We liked our stay in Piemont and should we return we will surely stop at the same place again. our stay was too short :-(

Very nice view, nice breakfast in the garden at the neighboring property. First getting through the gates to the property was very challenging. Finding the room that was allocated to us was next challenge. No prior instructions were received. Nobody on site. I had to contact the manager, took ages to figure it out. Room was well below expectations. Dishwasher not working, towels were so hard and old, very uncomfortable bed…just overall quiet disappointed for the price we paid.

The house is beautiful, and the room is well equipped. The fireplace is so cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The breakfast was beautiful, however we don't eat many sweet pastries.

Following previous request I was able to check in earlier. The host was very helpful and prepared a nice breakfast. Our room on the ground floor didn't have any view. Only one bedroom for three people. Not possible to bring the car in front of the entrance with several steps from the car park. The sofas were not cleaned under the cushions

A beautifully located house overlooking the lake near the famous Sacra di San Michele Abbey. It has its own parking. Very cozy and atmospheric apartment with everything you need inside and a very cozy patio outside. I especially remember the excellent breakfast in a stunning setting. We hope to come back to you again!

It exceeded our expectations in terms of everything. We were given a very spacious room that was more like a 1-bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, with a view of the Avigliana lake and mountains. Our host was fantastic. And location was great. We walked to the lake and Avigliana and back. We will definitely recommend this Bed&Breakfast to our friends and family!

I rarely give the highest mark for accommodations, but in this case, the whole process, from booking, checking-in, etc. was of the highest quality and is well justified. Maybe the Moskitos in the garden were not expected, but we managed to address the issue fairly quickly.

Good location and friendly staff, charming details of the interior, views from the vommon areas. Tiredness of the place, many things have to be renewed or replaced. AC barely cools, remote did not function, most lamp bulbs were dead, airvents clogged with filth, cigarettes in ashtray from previous guests on patio never removed. Breakfast was just poor but since we were staying 4 nights they started adding some food.

The quiet location and spacious appartment. Nice breakfast and host. The towels need to be renewed, very dry and old. Not all lights were working.

A wonderfull house at an amazing location. Staff is very nice. And the breakfast is incredible. You get a wonderfull view of the lake and the breakfast itself is everything you could want.

We told the hosts that we had to leave very early in the morning and they left all of the breakfast meats/cheeses/pastries/drinks in the room for us the night before. Very nice surprise. The weather, unfortunately. There were thunderstorms well into the night. Nothing about the room or property was disappointing.
