We had to leave the room and the hotel immediately because we were ATTACKED BY MANY WEIRD INSECTS THE MOMENT WE OPENED THE WINDOW. We killed some of them, but they kept coming from inside the bottom hole of the door. The owner didn’t at all, he was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! He REFUSED to refund us and SHOUTED at us! We are now taking this matter to TWITTER. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL BECAUSE: 1. THE OWNER/RECEPTIONIST IS EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY AND HOSTILE. 2.THERE ARE WEIRD BLACK INSECTS COMING IN FROM THE HOLE IN THE BALCONY WINDOW AND ALSO INSIDE WE FOUND DEAD INSECTS! THE OWNER SHOUTED AT US WHEN WE BROUGHT THIS UP! 3. DESPITE ALL THE DISASTER WE WENT THROUGH, AND HAD TO LEAVE AND BE STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, THE OWNER REFUSED TO REFUND US! HE IS UNBEARABLY RUDE! OMG!

We were very pleased to found this hotel. Very convenient and very comfortable to stop for the night to rest on a long trip. Big surprise – it was very very clean and cozy. Many thanks to the Owner of the hotel for the hospitality and attention. The place, lakes are very beautiful!!!

Very welcoming and friendly owner with a family history with the hotel (I believe). Very well done breakfast area that made for a very nice start to the day. Beautiful location!

Excellent room. Friendly and efficient service. Not a problem. All OK.

Beautifully located between two lakes. Restaurant options nearby. Very warm welcome. Typical Italian breakfast with great Espresso to start the day.

The easy parking out front on a very quiet road. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. We also had an outdoor terrace. We had breakfast which had a good selection. The host is very nice to top it off. None

Big clean room and bathroom. Sorry we didn’t stay for the breakfast, which sound great Some occasional odeurs (humidity) which I think come from the lake.

Nothing: The property looked so derelict and dirty from the outside we didn’t dare go in ! I have tried communicating this to booking.com as we think this place was totally misrepresented and that Booking.com should remove it from your site and refund us the money charged.

I guess the location wasn't too bad: it's on a dead-end street outside of the town, but within walking distance of a few restaurants and a boardwalk along the larger lake. We got offered a covered parking space for €5 per day. The best thing about this hotel is that it's on the road to Sacra di San Michele (see photo). It was hard to find staff at times, and they got less friendly as the stay went on. Breakfast was pretty minimal. The view wasn't of mountains: it was of a wild, unused space behind the hotel and then the offramp of the highway.

Great location right between the two lakes! Very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come again in the future :)

Great location. Luca, whose parents started the hotel 60 years ago, was exceptionally kind and friendly. The breakfast was really great, and excellent value. The property is older than many, but the care and thoughtfulness that was shown when, for example, we were warned in advance that the air conditioning was broken and electric fans substituted, more than made up for the older furnishings.

Lovely family run hotel. Luca was a wonderful host. They let us check in early to avoid a rain storm. Great breakfast. Nice rooms.
