Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower during my stay. The room did not have an iron, and I found the bed somewhat uncomfortable. It was acceptable for a one-night stay, but I would not have wanted to stay much longer.

The a/c system in the hotel was not working (on one of the hottest days of the year) so they sent us to another hotel(Ninfa). The other hotel(Ninfa) was very bland and outdated. the review is for them

Very friendly ladies working there and it was easy to check in and they promised me a room fridge for the room and they put one in the room for me no problems . If you have a car there's a supermarket 10 mins drive that also has a restaurant ? You buy drinks from the hotel and there's places to eat and drink around the lake as well as next door either side of the hotel. It's a bit far from anywhere..There's a few restaurants around the lake etc but not much else..

had a very good stay at this hotel. The view of the lake was absolutely wonderful—calm, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was serene, and I truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, always making sure everything was just right. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and am already looking forward to coming back!

What location next to a pretty lake very sunny and large balcony vote not sunny in late afternoon. Secure parking. Breakfast basic but good value for money. It is about 40 minutes from the centre of Torino and the town of Avigliana doesn’t have much to offer, but Giaveno about 15 minutes away has some really nice restaurants

Breakfast was expensive and too early, so we didn't take it there The situation of the Hotel, on the lake, is fabulous. But, the whole place is desperately in need of renovation and sprucing up: paint, tiling, lighting and especially the location and appearance of reception. Reception staff seem very stressed.

Friendly receptionist I was assigned a special needs room, which I appreciated, but I encountered a significant problem with the bathroom setup. The mirror was positioned too low, making it very difficult for me to use comfortably. Additionally, while the room was clean and well-maintained, it felt a bit dated and could benefit from some updates to the decor and amenities.
