THE CASTLE - Free Parking - Self Check In

Cool room

The place needs to be refreshed, the room was quite dusty, there wasn't an actual wardrobe for our clothes, the walls need to be repainted as they were quite scratched. The room had only 1 chair, yet it was for 2 people. There was no sound isolation, we were on the ground floor as a "free upgrade" was given to us which was more of a downgrade because we were able to hear the water splash through the pipes from the above rooms, voices of the other guests, the entrance door was right next to ours so it was getting quite loud at times. This place looks to be quite nice on the outside, the idea is lovely, but it needs to be a bit renovated from the inside.

The hotel offers new and clean rooms at a very reasonable price. It’s conveniently located near main public transport, making it easy to get around the city. Everything you need is right here. I strongly recommend it for both short and long stays

friendly staff, quiet place, good parking lot. bad smell coming from the bathroom, spider web on the corners, tv was just for decoration (no cable, no netflix, no internet)

Very nice place to stay if you are visitng Kraków. There is free parking space per room which is nice for People traveling by car. The host will give you a nice and warm welcome with quick description. I will surely rent a room here during next visit.

Comfy, cozy and clean apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Free parking in the backyard. There was no aircondition, but there were fans in the rooms that was helpful. Apartment was without kitchen just a kettle and fridge.

Stay at the Castle reminded me playing the Sims, in which you can place random objects into your house. But the difference between the Sims and life is, that you can't simply delete them in the real life. Roberto, a laid-back bloke, accepted our last-minute request, let us park our bicycles in a garden and didn't bother us with unneceasary questions. But for a castle, i would expect him being our servant all time and wait behind the door in case we needed something ? (joke) I missed plates in the room, but a lovely co-host gave me one when i asked

We had a "budget" room but it was very nice with everything we needed - comfy beds, nice bathroom, kind hosts... we even managed to get our laundry done. The downside is that it's a 30-45 minute trip to/from the centre with public transport, but in return you get an extremely reasonably priced stay and a great night's sleep in a calm neighbourhood. We'd love to stay again if ever we're back in Krakow. Thank you!

Very clean, modern looking rooms with a nice bathroom The things that were there were of high quality, pretty nice fridge with a freezer and ventilators were nice to ahve during summer The owner was kind and profesional The main problem I had that there was a lack of basic utilities like plates, utensils and glasses (Like I know its not a kitchen but we feel like its a necessity We also had to buy our own toilet paper (the 2 rolls we got among 5 guys were out in 3 nights) Some of us complained taht the pillows were really small (which they were but I didn't see that as an issue) Also watch out for the uneven road when you drive in- could potencially shake up your car :P

Quiet neighbourhood, free parking. Clean room, comfy bed. Got an upgrated room free of charge, which was very nice.

The apartment was clean, everything you needed was there, staff was friendly and helpful, great choice!
