Nothing, it was horrible. Terrible noise under our windows, somebody was constantly smoking and swearing and speaking on their phones very loudly. Terrible smell. Terrible doorman, who was drunk and we had to wake him up to register us. He was staring in my phone for an hour trying to figure out what the booking.com is. We got two single beds room, although reserved a room with double bed. So pictures taken also lie. Another lie is that it is a hotel for drivers not tourists.

Overall, the accommodation was good. It matched the price-quality ratio: clean, cozy, and had everything needed. The only downside was poor soundproofing—you can hear everything around. If that’s not a problem, it’s a nice place to stay.

Amazing little hostel! Very warm, has shops (Biedronka) and fast food joints less than a mile away (about 1.3km) The surroundings are those of an industrial area, more or less. It's not a residential area, with sidewalks everywhere. I suspect this makes it really quiet sometimes. The hostel is not very close to the big roads passing through the area, so I imagine you don't hear trucks all the time. I never heard the buses. You have to take a bus or taxi to get into town. I think it's 9km by car to the railway station, Krakow Glowny. No complaints, it was decent.

Dogs friendly and closest to my meeting poit hotel. This hotel is a biggest disappointment. When I arrived there was noone on reception. After some time and calling on phone number from booking.com came receptionist - completely drunk man!!! He didn't speak on English and said that I have to talk in polish language with him. Sorry, I use 4 languages but I don't speak polish. After some difficulties I got keys(communication with drunk person is not pleasant). In all building was disgusting smell of canalisation! In the room was also smell of cigarettes. Room and bathroom were not clean. Used shampoo buttle on shelf, hole in a middle of bed sheet, dust on the lamp and etc. Unfortunately, after 18h of driving I was extremely tired to look for another hotel. I am travelling a lot and stayed a lot of time in hotels in Poland always service was on top level but first time I have such exotic experience. Those who said that this is good room for this money - are you kidding???

The room was quite clean, there were towels, shampoo, soap. There was a free parking. The girl at the reception was absolutely nice. The animals are allowed and it’s a big advantage! When the window is open, it’s not possible to sleep due to the noise outside, the location is far from the city center, no stores nearby

It's a good hostel, a bit far from the center of Cracow, but with free parking, wi-fi and cleaned

Upon our late arrival, we were hospitably greeted by Ms. Daria, for which I thank her. The room is small but quite decent for an overnight stay. In the common kitchen, there is an opportunity to drink coffee or tea, and heat food in a microwave oven. The hosts provide dishes, sugar, coffee, tea, and drinking water free of charge. The floor in the room was not very clean.

The staff was very helpful and kind. In comparison to the price the standard of the room was good enough for me.

average hostel, a bit pricey, not great location

Difficult to say what you can like there Maybe price is the only reason The area around smelling sheet (canalization) not possible to open the Windows. At 6 oclock!!! cleaning stuff start to move the bed in the room behind. The women who clean speaks so loudly!! !its horrible! !as they knows that the walls are like paper. You hear everybody around. But more shock was after, when you come to have a breakfast its appeared that the same women who Just cleaned the floor and toilet is cooking breakfast ? I hope they understand what they doing. A lots of moscitos in the room. There is one Window with protection but all 3 Windows was open on arrival and it was full of moscitos.
