Street view and air conditioning. Excellent location for the train station and local visitor attractions. Comfortable public areas to relax in. Only one easy chair. Overly expensive bottle of water on offer.

The Crawford family checked into the Hyllit Hotel in Antwerp at 1:00 PM on January 18, 2026, and from the very first moment, our experience was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel itself is beautifully updated with modern furnishings and maintained to an exceptional level of cleanliness. Every space felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from Antwerp Central Train Station and ideally situated for exploring all the main sights the city has to offer. However, what truly set this stay apart was the customer service. Femke delivered the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel. Traveling as a family of four, myself, my wife, and our two children, she took the time to remember all of our names and made us feel genuinely valued and welcome. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, always with a warm smile and a sincere willingness to help. Any question we had, she either answered immediately or made sure to find the right information for us. I sincerely hope the hotel’s management sees this review and gives Femke the recognition she deserves. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Because of Femke and the outstanding quality of the Hyllit Hotel, this will be the only place we stay whenever we visit Antwerp again. Location was perfect short walk to Train station and all the restaurants That you had to pay 7.00Euro each for swimming pool which wasn't mentioned in our booking with booking.com

Great location, close to central station. Convenient for Sportpaleis. Cosy room and despite central location, it was very quiet at night.

Great location at the heart of the city. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception and other locations. Great heated swimming pool. Sauna was also available though we didn't use it. Breakfast, while expensive, had everything you need. Besides, every other option in the city is as expensive or too far away, so you're paying for convenience as well. Weird parking set up: you can access the garage from the hotel but not from the garage. The family room has two separate beds and is divided by a decorative "wall" but its not fully enclosed like an actual room. Which is challenging if your kid/baby needs peace and quiet to sleep.

Great locality in the middle of the town, few steps from the railway station. Quiet rooms, kind and helpfull personel. Great swimming pool. Poor equipement oft the room (missing boot jack, slippers, bath robes), too soft matraces (according to my opinion), no specialitis in breakfast

Nice and convenient hotel in the centre of Antwerp

Very good location, tasty breakfast, comfortable room. I waited 5 minutes to enter the parking lot because the staff was busy talking to each other. Accessing reception is slightly counterintuitive.

My room was donwgraded to a lower category, and they did not offer a reduction of the price. I was informed so late, that i was not even able to find an alternative hotel.
