Great place right round the corner from Antwerp Central Station. The staff is super friendly. Fine breakfast, good value for money. The view from the room. No big issue though. Will definitely book again.

The location was convenient, and the bed and linen was fresh and clean. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, making it extremely warm in the evening, and the walls had multiple stains on them.

The location was perfect , in the centrum and the staff , 2 out of 3 of them were amazing , helped out when I had difficulties and were always there to give directions The room wasn't up to my liking. No regular cleaning too.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel in Antwerp, Belgium. I was travelling with my wife and son, and during our stay my sister was also looking for a place to stay. I recommended that she join us at the hotel, so there were four of us staying together. The staff were excellent, particularly Kinga at reception, who welcomed us when we arrived late at around 10:00 pm. He was very helpful, friendly, and provided excellent customer service despite our late arrival. The staff in the breakfast area were also very friendly and attentive, and the customer service throughout our stay was excellent. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and the helpful and welcoming staff made our experience even better. There was not much that I disliked about my stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that there is always room for improvement in terms of the facilities and comfort. However, this did not have a significant impact on our stay, and the excellent staff and customer service more than made up for it.

The staff were lovely, the air con in the room worked really well, I was able to ride my mobility scooter into the room, beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was ok, breakfast wasn't great Difficult to get into the car park, i was disappointed with the shower, breakfast was poor
